House is a beautifully renovated 17th-century home located on a quiet street in the old town. It has a magical ambiance. The spacious and well-located apartment is surrounded by restaurants and close to the beach. well equipped. Nestor is a warm and responsive host. Gave us good advice. Our stay was best ever. This house, with its huge terraces and breathtaking views is stunningly beautiful — we were all in awe the entire time we were there. Phrases like “this is the most beautiful place I’ve ever been” came from all of us. Alex could not have been nicer or more helpful. Everything in the house worked beautifully. We had 10 or 12 people for meals, and the big tables and the kitchen worked like a dream. The beach is so close! It has the most beautiful clear blue water we’ve ever seen, and is excellent for swimming. We even visited Alex’s family’s cafe in Chora and had a very good, healthy meal there. He was full of great suggestions. We hated to leave!

This was easily the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and informative. The location was so accessible transportation wise. It is directly in front of the port, where you can find public busses and the ferries to other islands of course. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from and a few beaches in walking distance (15-25 mins). The hosts mother greeted us at check in and was so lovely. She was so kind and left us homemade olives and oils, fresh eggs and even brought us watermelon during the week. This was the perfect stay.

An exceptionally beautiful place in an exceptionally beautiful location! The apartment is both stylishly decorated - all white! - and very well equipped, and not even a minute from Andros castle and the sea. We (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed for 5 nights as part of our family holidays in the Cyclades and absolutely loved it. The only minor inconvenience was the relative difficulty in finding a parking space for our rental car (the flipside of the fantastic location at the tip of the peninsula, which is mostly pedestrianised). On arrival, we left the car in a public car park by the cinema, at the other end of the pedestrianised zone, and it took us a good 20-30 minutes to carry our luggage to the apartment. We later found a parking option a little closer, along Paralia Paraporti beach (5-10 mins). The hosts were easy to communicate with and super responsive when we struggled a little to locate the apartment initially. Overall one of our best experiences in the Cyclades so far!

Alexandros was very friendly and ready to help and respond in our requests. The place was magnificent with excellent sea view and mountain view at the same time. The villa was really clean, full of amendments in a terrific place and very quite. The private pool was very clean as the surrounding. We thank our host for everything and especially for these unforgettable stay. We suggest it with no doubt !!!!!!!!

Our stay here was AMAZING! The place was beautiful with a great outdoor space and a breathtaking view. Everything was neat, clean and easy to find and use. Stavros was extremely helpful and made us feel so welcome. He gave us plenty of detailed recommendations for restaurants, beaches and other things to do on the island. One late evening, we had a small issue with our power and he did not hesitate to rush over to help us, no matter the hour. Upon our departure, he even helped take some of our luggage that did not fit in our rental car back to the port for us. We felt very comfortable and relaxed here, thanks to the beautiful space and wonderful host. I would definitely recommend this AirBNB if visiting the island of Andros. <3

We loved the place: Near the beach and the town centre. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with a view to the mountains. And we walked many of the hiking paths; the first one runs along the house. Zacharias and his wife were generous with information and help. We were a bit surpriced that the three bedrooms was inter-connected: To get to bedroom 2 you had to go through room 1. And room 3 (on the upper side of room 2 and with no own door) had to go through both rooms. But for a group of close friends itworked fine

We had a fabulous stay at Roula’s house. The location is excellent and the house is spacious while feeling homey. It has all the amenities you’d want for a trip to the island. It’s close to the restaurants, the Contemporary Art Museum, two beaches and to the best swimming spot by the castle. Roula is responsive and helpful. She even left us cakes and homemade marmalade which were lovely!

The house is a true paradise! You can spend lots of time there, with the amazing private beach just below. Thanks so much for your availability and kindness!

From the moment they arrived, they were absolutely thrilled with the house. They couldn’t stop raving about how perfect everything was! The house itself is a gem—spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The blend of traditional Andros architecture with modern comforts created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made them feel at home immediately. The views were breathtaking, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Every morning, they woke up to the sight of the sun rising over the Aegean , which they described as nothing short of magical. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my brother’s family had everything they needed.
