The property is lovely, bright and homely. It is extremely well equipped with everything you need and with extras just in case. It is a perfect base to explore the area from, equally it is incredibly comfortable and a great place to relax. The host is helpful and responsive. Would definitely like to stay again, thank you!

Our first Air BnB experience, sadly last minute due to family funeral and having a dog to accommodate with us. Sweet little annex, tastefully furnished, comfortable sofa bed and quality bedding. Would say not really suitable for old/infirm or carried child due to steps up. Our large dog just about fits in doorway alcove. Host left milk which was thoughtful. Perfect for short stay.

Very clean modern apartment in a great location for Newbury town centre. Roger was very responsive throughout, would definitely look to return.

Another wonderful weekend trip to Tutts.The fourth year in a row I've booked it, truely feels like a home away from home. Perfect place for a little peace and quiet out in the countryside.Thanks again Tracey.
