We had a wonderful stay at Karens place whilst we were in Perth visiting our family. The place is exactly as described and was actually even better than it looked on the listing. Everything we needed was available for our stay and the place was extremely clean. Communication with Karen was great and she responded promptly to our messages. The place was an excellent base for our stay and within short distance of anywhere we needed to be. We would for sure not hesitate to book next time we are visiting our family in Perth.

This property made my family feel right at home. It's walking distance to an oval with a play ground, shops and food (including halal options) and the driveway was huge and able to accommodate both of our cars and a 5m trailer with room to spare. Qing was a great host, and was always responsive for any questions we had. we enjoyed our time at this property very much!

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood close to the airport / shops. It was spacious, clean and well equipped - but what really stood out to me was how amazing Nang was! She was always quick to respond and accommodated our every request. I would definitely stay at Nang’s place again next time I’m in Perth 🙂

Inna’s Airbnb was in a great location with a few shops in walking distance and a large shopping centre with in a 5 min drive with lost of restaurants, the CBD was only a 15 min drive.

We had a fabulous stay at Jo’s place and it was perfect to celebrate Christmas away from home. We were exceptionally comfortable and enjoyed the view looking over the park. 7 minutes to the beach, pleasant outside dining/bbq area and shops not too far away made our summer stay wonderful.

Very cozy and comfortable place to stay. Well equip kitchen, aircon, firm but comfy bed, king size is a bonus. Great yard for the dog and my daughter loved the trampoline! We would happily stay again!

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

The hosts and the apartment were excellent! Very clean with lots of amenities. The only issue is you are across from a Beach Club which got a bit noisy on a Sunday night. We loved our stay though, Rosemary was a dream!

We had a great time staying at Jen’s apartment. It’s beautifully renovated and very well equipped. It’s quiet, but only a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. Off street car parking is good. Highly recommended!

Brian & Duern certainly made you feel at home with all the little extras like bread, milk and toiletries and washing machine/dryer plus parking. The space was so relaxing with interesting touches and plants around the place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again if back in WA. We had a lovely stay at this cosy apartment in Bassendean, a peaceful suburb with great access to Swan Valley, Perth CBD, and the airport — perfect for our itinerary. It was a short drive to Swan Valley, where we enjoyed visiting wineries and had a delightful dinner at Pasta in the Valley before our flight home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The thoughtful touch of curry masala in the kitchen was much appreciated, making it feel like home for us as we cooked some meals. The hosts were warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The apartment’s location is also ideal for convenience, with a Coles nearby in Bassendean and easy access to major roads. The only minor downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough for Perth’s hot summer days, which could be improved for comfort during peak summer months. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a quaint, quiet suburb, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Perth!
