House holiday rentals in Yanchep

We visited Pooldaze from the UK with our 2 boys and absolutely loved the house. We arrived late and were happy to be welcomed with a lovely food hamper containing breakfast items. House is as described and exceptionally clean. Gorgeous pool and in a great location! Kim and Len were great hosts, great communication and helped us with the pool when needed. We will defiantly be returning to Perth and would love to stay again. Thank you!

Awesome place to stay for a comfortable time away with your family. The location is great, a couple of coffee shops within walking distance. Nice quiet friendly neighbourhood. The highlight is certainly the backyard, the pool was great for cooling off and entertaining kids. We would stay here again.

Lovely house with a nice pool in the property. Clean and welcoming. The gate was slightly tricky to find at night because of the gps getting a little confused.

Absolutely LOVED our stay here! The outlook is absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. The accommodation was beautiful, big, well appointed and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Was so lovely seeing the sunsets, kangaroos and general nature. Paul was so kind and helpful and responsive whenever we asked questions. Can’t fault it. Would definitely stay again! Allan is always the best host, from the big basket of fresh fruit he supplied to the helpful tips on the area. He is always prompt with his replies to anything that we ask and I highly recommend his place. We have stayed here a number of times and hope to be back same time next year.

We had a comfortable stay at La Mer Vacation house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and the property itself is kind of a retreat in itself. The pool area outside is great for relaxing with conversations and coffee. There are enough rooms for the 6 of us and all slept on proper beds, not sofa bed. It is quite close to Quinns beach and driving to the city and other attractions only takes 30 mins to 1 hour. Ron, our host, is very responsive and considerate. He even prepared a complimentary gift basket for us and allowed us a late check out too. Thank you Ron.

We really loved out stay in Nicole’s space. Very spacious and beautiful. It has all you need to live: cleaning and cooking supplies and an amazing variety of DVDs. The space is super clean, private and a short walk from the beach and Freo center. We would live here for years if we could!

It was a great stay at Donna’s. We like the area and it is near to eateries place and supermarket. The location is right in the corner of jackaderlake but we don’t get a chance to walk or have a picnic there as we were busy trying to organize our movement to overseas. We’d love to come back again whenever we visit Perth.

This place is such great value in a very handy location, close to all the attractions of Fremantle but quiet with convenient off-street parking. The house is very spacious, perfect for a family. It was our second stay here and the hosts are just as welcoming and friendly as they were a few years ago. We would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Booked for my Mother and sister. They said the house was lovely and the location was perfect for their requirement. Dean & Lisa were quick to respond with any questions we had.

Had a wonderful stay at Karen‘s place, we went over to visit family and found the accommodation exactly as described. There was plenty of room, very spacious and lots of light coming in extremely pleasant place to spend three weeks. Karen catered for every eventuality our new grandson came over to see us and there were toys at the accommodation which he thoroughly enjoyed. There was nothing we wanted for as there was a very well equipped kitchen with everything you would need. The bedrooms extremely comfortable and we slept really well. A very quiet area and a local supermarket just a few minutes walk away around the corner. There were also buses nearby that were two minutes walk away from the property that enabled us to get into Perth city these run on a very regular basis. Would absolutely stay there again if fact would not stay anywhere else.

We had a great stay, enjoying the farm animals, the birds and beautiful trees. The location is very good, we could reach the airport, city and others easily from this location. Shopping mall and post office only 3 kms away. The description of the house and how to find it was excellent. Very detailed and helpful instructions in the house, too. Everything was very well explained and we could reach Phill easily when we wanted. Very clean and spacious house. We had a very happy stay there and can only recomment it.

Very well equipped.Lots a extras in the fridge and pantry. Loved the coffee machine and pods. Comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom.Great kitchen. The only thing we went looking for, but didn't find was a fly swat, for that one pesky fly ;)

Stayed at Alma St with extended family for a family wedding. Brilliant location , close to everything in Freemantle. Large house with lots of bathrooms. Good outdoor space for a BBQ. Only thing to be aware of ( not a criticism) are the bunks are very small so for children not adult sized.

Our family had an amazing time at Louise's Beach House. Check-in was easy and responses were prompt. The house decor was beautiful and place was clean. I was especially impressed that the towels and linen were so clean, they look new! Love the surprise 'bubbles' and the little personal touches. We came back late one night exhausted and hungry. We had some noodles from the pantry which was so handy. The location was perfect. We had daily walks to the beach throughout our stay to catch the sunsets. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. My tweens enjoy reading and spending time just chilling at the balcony. Our family had such a relaxing break and our plan to digital detox was a success! The whole experience was very pleasant. Very clean town house with modern fit out, great suburb and easy communication.

Spacious home with lots of areas to relax and a pristine pool! We enjoyed our time here.

Close to all the shops and Adventure World for the family. Nice quiet spot to relax, will be back again in the near future.

Zie has a really nice house overlooking the golf club. Any issues we had Zie communicated promptly and resolved quickly. The wifi was a bit hit and miss, but nothing major. Overall an excellent location, with easy access to the rest of Yanchep, a great place to stay, would highly recommend.

Me and a couple of friends had a great little stay here, was close to Hillarys and the beach, whilst still being set back in a quiet little street near a big park. The house was clean and provided everything we needed. The host also provided a welcome pack which was made arrival that little bit more special. Highly recommend this venue if you are looking for something in the area!

Great place to stay. Extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent location, easy to get to Fremantle and locations in Perth. All the facilities you need for a stay away for home. Would highly recommend.

Loved our stay here for 10 days! It's a great location, cafes, restaurants, brewery, playground and beaches all in walking distance. The house has a lot of space and the enclosed area out the back was great for our two young kids. The hosts are friendly and very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend the Yelo cafe & Froth Craft brewery nearby 😊
