A very comfortable place to stay, although the place is very high up the mountain.

Uncle rabbit and Auntie are very nice. Feels like home at the house. Can see Fuji San at the door.

Interior design is really perfect! We like the design of kitchen and living room so much , especially the bean bags! Also, cleanliness is five star! But there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage to the first floor. Besides that , everything is perfect!

Aya is a very helpful and responsive host, she helped us book taxi very late, I really appreciate her help!! The view of Fuji is so nice, and so close! However I don’t recommend people who are afraid of cold to stay there in winter time, it’s freezing even with the air con! I barely sleep at night, I recommend the host can add a heated blanket on the bed

a place big enough for us, very pleasantly furnished and equipped. Good bedding, it feels like home. We wish we had more time there.

Decided to book this place based on the pictures in the website and we were happy that we chose this place. Shoko was a very friendly and helpful host, never met a host who was as helpful as Shoko. The place itself was very warm and welcoming, with the amenities as listed. The place was accessible via car and there was a parking located nearby the place. We were so happy that we chose this place and really recommend it

Beautiful space just as advertised. Very good heating and amenities. We found the location convenient for a family with young children with a rental car- easy to get to various places in Odawara, lake Ashi, ropeway and the open air museum. Rei was very responsive, checked in on us and assisted where we needed promptly. Hope we get to stay again!

Convenient location near the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even assisting us in carrying our luggage up to the third floor. Cleanliness and comfort were both great. Just a note that there is no elevator, and parking is available for 1,100 yen. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!
