This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa Prefecture.There is a small river next to the villa, and you can hear the babbling of the comfortable river during your stay. The fully renovated villa is equipped with a wood stove, a net-enabled TV, high-speed optical cable wifi, a table tennis table, and a large terrace connected to the living room and lawn in front of you, the mountain forest and Satoyama create a comfortable space.There is a large parasol on the terrace, and you can also enjoy a BBQ on the terrace if it rains a little. At night, the stars look beautiful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the outdoor air bath and BBQ after the sauna while gazing at the stars in an infinity chair in nature.The tent sauna has an anti-inflation on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even in the rain.The outdoor air bath in nature while raining is also very pleasant. There are many popular spots nearby such as Miyagase Dam, Onsen, Oginopan Factory, Hattori Ranch, and famous cafes, which can be enjoyed by children and adults. The building features magnificent old beams and a stairwell, but the facilities are new and comfortable. About 2 hours and 20 min. from Tokyo by car. It takes about 1 hour and 30 min. by Shinkansen bullet train. 1min. walk to the yacht harbor where you can enjoy the spectacular view of Suruga Bay and Mt Fuji. 3 min. drive to the beach in summer!

check-in 10:00am~24:00am check-out 14pm Rental cottage front of Mt.Fuji. I want you take calm time with your loved ones in the cozy house. *It's very suburb, so you need a car(snow tires are necessary during December to April) to come and sightseen. There are livestock farms around the house. Sometimes, smells like a barn for cows. If you don't like it, I don't recommend you to book the house.
