Monthly Rentals in Woodlawn Park

The toilet was clogged when we first came but we fixed it with the plunger. Besides that, it was a cozy stay and very fast responses which was great.

It was my second time staying here and I will try next time. I’m back in Kentucky to stay again. Anything and everything you could need is there and is always sparkling clean!

Leenette’s place is very clean, spacious, and is in a beautiful neighborhood. The location is very convenient, as you’re walking distance from tons of coffee shops and restaurants. If you are staying there for a long time, my main critique is that the kitchen sink is very shallow which makes it difficult to do your dishes, and the kitchen overall is just a very tight space, making it a hassle to cook on a daily basis. But it is manageable to adapt to the layout of the kitchen and I had nothing but a good experience living in Leenette’s place for 2 months!

I have stayed with Aaron and Janice many times and it is always a pleasure. The place is clean, cozy and equipped with everything I need.
