Monthly Rentals in Woodburn

This charming little apartment suited my needs perfectly. I live in Knoxville Tn and drove to the DC area in order to attend my uncle’s memorial in Annandale and to visit family in Falls Church. Both Laura and her husband were very communicative, responsive, considerate, generous and laid back. The bed was very comfortable. I so loved the neighborhood! Not only was it perfectly centralized for where I needed to go, it was such a quiet, very green and peaceful area with wide sidewalks, lots or trees and charming little streets and cul de sacs. I took such a nice walk through the area. One of the highlights for me! It’s also close to both metro stations and awesome little shops and restaurants. I’d strongly recommend checking out the many nice eateries and such on Strawberry Lane. And considering the affordable price and private parking in this part of DC, this is an exceptional deal and really rare find! Can’t recommend this endearing little spot enough!

My son and I spent a month here through the holidays and really appreciated having our own rooms, a great bathroom, and enough couch space to invite family and friends over. Very safe and walkable neighborhood, and it was helpful having a grocery store and restaurants just down the street. Mary was incredibly friendly and proactive, having someone come to shovel the snow and checking in often to make sure we were comfortable. Her friend Sharon was living upstairs during our stay and was very attentive. Guests should know that the thermostat is controlled upstairs, so it took back-and-forth texts with Sharon to turn the heat lower for us. Additionally, the laundry room is a shared area with a locked door on their side but not ours. We weren't uncomfortable knowing she was in there (or with the noise), but it is unusual for an AirBnB, so I wanted to point it out.

I’m going to be very quick and direct yes or no question for you after you read this..I couldn’t make that payment for March because I was incarcerated from June 26 from four till July 21. I was not aware to everything‘s over wish I would’ve paid if I a months rent was missing, but just recently i found out because I was incarcerated from June 26 to July 21. I just got released and I haven’t had a chance to respond or even try and pay that missing months rent. So I asking if you haven’t already found a renter.
