The space is sheltered by our majestic lemon-scented ghost gum, which hosts a variety of birdlife, that you can watch from your own private deck. The Natural House - Culburra Beach

Design Award winning sustainable, healthy, solar passive home made from natural materials including hempcrete. Relaxed, easy living in this open plan, light and airy home. Three bedrooms in two separate wings, each with own bathroom. Private outdoor space, and two decks and with outdoor eating area. Close to shops, beaches, lake and river. 2 min drive, 5 min cycle or 15 min walk to beaches. 5 min walk to shops. Child, youth and adult bicycles and canoe available for guest use. Bike path nearby.

Riverview Retreat

Our studio is situated below our home. It is suitable for two people. We are close to the river, Kiama Golf Club and beach. We are also close to the shops and railway station. We are situated in a bushland setting and on a rare occasion there maybe a snake sunning themselves. There is a moderate to steep concrete pathway to the unit.If you have mobility problems, it probably wouldn't be suitable for you. There are sensor lights for the path. If you need to use the sofa bed, please let me know.

Right on Warilla Beach & Elliot Lake ("Little Lake") Barrack Point with walk & cycle ways to enjoy. This new, fully furnished unit has everything you could need for a relaxing, enjoyable stay...... "It's your cozy home away from home". It is in close proximity to Warilla Grove & Stockland Shellharbour shopping centres, Shellharbour Village, clubs & cafes.

Kim's Place - private beach/ocean view apartment

If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

Boathouse on the Waterfront

A fully self contained one bedroom boathouse on the calm waters of Dolans Bay with modern kitchen, bathroom/laundry, lounge and dining areas. It has been recently refurbished incorporating an open plan and a spacious deck over the water. You have sole access to the accommodation, deck and BBQ. It is a place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Picture yourself sitting on the deck enjoying a drink or a meal while listening to the birds overhead, or watching the boats as the sun sets.

Little House on the Werri

A modern fully self contained studio apartment on the N.S.W South Coast. The studio is situated in the front garden of the main house.The courtyard is set in between and overlooked by both buildings. Its private but not COMPLETELY private. The studio is detached and therefore has it's own entry and is also quite private. Directly opposite Werri Lagoon & 200 mtrs to the sands of Werri Beach. Included in tariff is tea coffee and breakfast snacks, courtyard, & BBQ.

Cosy Country Tiny House

Welcome to Little Silvergums! She is positioned on a beautiful farm estate tucked into a secluded corner adjacent to the iconic Australian bush. It has a stunning view of the Aussie bushlands, views of horses, alpacas, dams and abundant wildlife including native birds. It also has it's own outdoor deck, to enjoy a warm bath whilst listening to the birds in the trees, a fire pit with lots of fire wood, a bbq area and hot water and a eco toilet system .

River House, Amazing views and direct river access

The 'River House' is a special place on the water over the Georges River at Oatley. You cannot live closer to the river unless you are on a boat. Outside is amazing with balconies and private jetty. Enjoy the views or engage in watersports from the jetty. Coffee shops, licenced premises and public transport are only minutes away. Bring your own boat or jetski, enjoy our paddleboards/kayak or just sit back and enjoy a great place to eat and relax.
