The 35 sqm studio apartment "Cozy" in Blankenburg (Harz) is a modern, new apartment with an open floor plan and latest furnishings in a quiet location. A very warm ambience was created with a lot of love for detail. In the "Cozy", a modern and cozy, warm decor comes together. A special feature of the apartment is the private parking lot directly in front of your own entrance as well as the spacious private 40 sqm terrace. Excursions from Blankenburg are always easily accessible.

Quiet, central access and step-free on the first floor

The house - on a quiet footpath on the edge of the pedestrian zone - cannot be reached directly by car. Parking there is therefore not possible. A "green" bridge leads to the floor-heated apartment without steps. All rooms - the bedrooms have laminate floors, the others are tiled - have natural light. The terrace - facing south and with umbrella - allows for outdoor breakfast in summer, for example. For children there is a beautiful playground about 80 m away.
