Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic spa town of Bad Grund. On the balcony you sit between herbs ( to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak wood furniture.

In Wildemann, dem "Klein-Tirol" des Harzes, liegt direkt an idyllischen Wanderwegen dieses charmante Harzer Haus. Gebaut im Jahr 1899, präsentiert es sich nun frisch saniert in direkter Waldnähe. Ganzjährige Outdoor-Aktivitäten laden direkt vor der Haustür ein, kleinere Einkaufsmöglichen gibt es fußläufig im Ort. Unter dem Aspekt der Nachhaltigkeit mischen wir gerne alte und neue Dinge in unserer "Berg-Budse" und lieben es, die Zimmer immer mal wieder etwas umzudekorieren.

We are a friendly family and rent here our 60sqm apartment for max.4 persons. The apartment is in the basement of our 2 family house! Local tourist tax is payable on site!!! The apartment is located directly on the forest (with forest playground) with access to hiking and mountain bike trails! In the beautiful Lautenthal you will find many hiking opportunities, excellent cycling trails and mountain bike trails. For bikers Lautenthal is a great start to the winding Harz!

Our apartment is located in an old forest house "the power house", which was built in 1902. It is a bit remote, in the middle of nature. The Schalker pond is within walking distance. We offer a laundry package for €12.50 per person (towels, blankets and pillowcases). The contribution for the spa company is €2.40/night for adults and €1.62/night for children from 6 years. It is not included in the accommodation price. Payment is made on site.
