What a little gem! It was easy to find because of Amanda’s super clear instructions. The space was cleans and cozy and had everything you needed for a nice stay. Location was super close to the A1307 and local villages. Nice walks and really close to St. Ives. All the amenities were of high quality and super comfortable. Amanda was very responsive to all my messages and super accommodating. Such a nice person which I believes makes a difference when you’re staying in someone’s house- even if it separate. I’d definitely stay again!!!

I regularly travel to Waterbeach for work and this was ideally located in cycling distance for me. Great little place with everything I needed for a few days stay.

Nice peaceful and well equipped studio. Beautiful view of Gillian's well cared for garden. The place is always warm and dry even when it snows and wet outside. The bed and duvet is exceptionally comfortable. Gillian is attentive and friendly. As a mature aged solo female I feel safe and restful knowing that my landlady is just next door. Thank you Gillian!
