Although there were some slight issues with the hot water, completely out of their hands (these things happen) John and Juliet did everything they could to help even offering to relocate us to another property of theirs, which we really appreciated. A very spacious and modern wing of the host's home, set in a very quiet countryside location yet only a mile or two from nearby towns with train links to larger regional centres. Olivia and Matthew's accommodation is spotlessly clean with a well appointed kitchen and bathroom and much more living space than you'd expect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we should find ourselves needing somewhere to stay in South Yorkshire again, this will be the first place on the list to try!

We had a wonderful stay at Rosewall Cottage. It was extremely peaceful and the cottage cozy and comfortable with everything we could have needed. We loved seeing the chickens in the garden and listening to their funny little noises! Lia was very responsive and sent a brilliant mini video showing the street view of the property, making the cottage super easy to find. A fantastic place to stay for my uncles 80th birthday surprise. Thank you Lia, you are a great host.
