Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Whitwell

We stayed here for 5 nights in May. We were 4 adults and the place was big enough for 8. Beds were comfy and the place was spotlessly clean. Quiet location and only 1 min walk to the shops. Car park on the next street. Good location for exploring the island. Would stay here again

It is a hidden gem tucked in the heart of Shanklin. The tranquil and homey apartment is super comfortable and quiet while still within walking distance from transportation, grocery stores and even the beach and old village. Host is ever communicative and flexible for early check-in.

We had a fabulous stay at Jonathan's apartment. Met up with our son and partner for a few days break, and the apartment suited us perfectly. It's cool and stylish interior was also very comfortable. Its well-equipped and for us, it was the perfect location.

We stayed for 6 days in mid-August and it was such a great location and experience for us. Coming up to the day of arrival, Laura was in contact in relation to recommendations for places to see and things to do on site, advice on getting over to the island, where the local shops were etc. The apartment was really quiet and the place was well cared for. When we checked in there was everything there we needed. The fridge was empty and clean, as was the freezer. Everything you would expect for the kitchen was there. You do need to supply your own washing powder, but that was ok. Check out was just as easy and while it was early (10am) there are plenty of ferries running at that time to get you back to the mainland.

Apartment was very bright and airy and clean, stayed here with my wife and two kids and it was amazing the area is good too very close to the beach, only trouble was parking and Michael did try to help which we were grateful for

Easily found just off the Main Street this cosy but spacious apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The hosts communication was great. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

Kimberly’s Olive house, is a haven of some sort! 🤓 Situated in a serene, picturesque, riverine area, away from the hustling and bustling of everyday life, combining a blend of modern and urban living, makes it a numero uno for anyone wanting to have a perfect getaway💖 Waking up to the chipping of birds and sight of an array of exotic wildlife, which my family loved to feed, is an experience which will remain indelible. The property was meticulously maintained and had virtually everything we needed, making it the perfect getaway place. It appears to be at the epicentre of the island, making all the attractions available in other locations equidistant away. We were here in February and loved it, the summer is best imagined 🌅 Kimberly is a complete host- proactive, hands on, sympathetic, informative, ……. Her attention to details and sophistication is reflective in the way she manages Olive house and in our estimation, she qualifies to be amongst the exceptional 1% Air bnb hosts.🥇

Beth is very nice, the environment is beautiful, and the sea view is stunning. We decided to stay an extra night. If it weren’t for the end of the half-term holiday, we would have liked to stay a few more days. We really love it and would consider coming again. very satisfied，and recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Annie’s Green Room! From the moment we arrived, Annie was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the gorgeous common and great coffee (at Maurie’s)! Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Peggy’s Holt was an ideal location to explore Lymington and the New Forest. It is within walking distance of the main town but far enough away to be a quiet place to stay. All facilities that would expect, with parking just outside. A clean and cosy place with a secure garden, ideal for our dog to enjoy some fresh air and bark at the birds.

Thank you for providing a comfortable and relaxing base for our family holiday. Super communication throughout. Just what we hoped for.

We chose this particular AirBnB for it's proximity to a family member. We could not have been more pleased since it was only a short walk. Parking was limited but we managed to park quite close to the property. Access to the key was easy and the house itself was very clean and tidy throughout. All of the amenities were as described. The shower in the bathroom was easy to operate and the living rooms and beds were very comfortable. Our only problem was my ignorance of the operation of the heating system. I was unable to effectively turn it off and so the house was always warm, maybe too warm during the night. In summary, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Location is fantastic, close to bus, great little Co-op, Nick very responsive and patient with us. It's a very secure and safe flat. Found a perfect pub, The Florence for a smash-up Sunday dinner, it's on Florence street. The flat was very roomy, well kitted kitchen which we didn't use because we ate out. The view of the ocean was better than watching tv. We came during a stormy week and had a wonderful time. This is a good spot to do daytrips to Chichester and Winchester and of course Portsmouth is full of things to see even in a rainstorm. A fantastic stay.

Spotless, felt like home. Lovely flat in a lovely village The kitchen tap was great fun and screamed at you every time we flushed the loo. Apart from that all was very perfect.😘😊

The flat was beautifully furnished and clean, the atmosphere calm and peaceful with a view over the park. All the facilities and equipment were easy to use, clean and well maintained, and looked new, the showers were heavenly. It was an absolute joy to stay there. Richard was a wonderful host, so friendly and welcoming, and he even came to find us on the first day when we took a wrong turning. He also helped carry our luggage on arrival and when we left, which I hugely appreciated.

This is a lovely apartment in a convenient location within easy walking distance of everything Lymington has to offer. This is a great location for exploring the New Forest and the south coast. We felt immediately at home. The apartment was tastfully decorated and well equipped. I always worry about properties that accept pets but this apartment was really fresh and very clean. The parking arrangement worked very well, so the absence of private parking was not a problem. The owner Lara communicated all necessary information and was very attentive throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment. We certainly intend to stay again.

We have just spent 4 nights in the Old Alarm & had a really wonderful time. The apartment is in an amazing position in Lymington & everything was spotless. It was very comfortable & extremely well equipped. Julie was a very responsive host …..a pleasure to deal with. The parking permit provided was very useful & we never had any problem parking close by. We really appreciated the welcome goodies that were left for us. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Lymington.

We had a wonderful stay at The Spire, the accommodation was all spotless and had a very homely and cosy feel. It had everything we needed and is in a perfect location so close to Lyndhurst. Angela was very responsive and flexible with our check in and we felt if we had any issues they would be dealt with straight away (but we didn't have any!). We would absolutely stay again

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

We had an amazing time here. The flat was absolutely perfect for our family. The girls loved the bunk beds. All the little extras that were included were really thoughtful and extremely helpful. Location super central for everything Portsmouth and Southsea has to offer. Really comfortable and clean. We feel like we found an absolute gem - we will definitely be back to stay again.
