Excellent cosy and comfortable accommodation with good facilities and helpful and friendly hosts

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Marks place (which says enough in itself!). It’s got everything you need for a short stay away, is clean and comfortable and all the flavours of jam you could possibly want 😉😂 Far enough out of town to be quiet and close enough to be able to walk in. Great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Idlers Cottage. A homely space, warm and cosy. It's private and quiet. Charles was very helpful. The location in a pretty village, with good amenities, including a good local pub and well stocked Co-op.

From Start to Finish Paul was the perfect host, could not do enough for us making sure that the log burners were lit every morning for us - hosting he was great fun and even joined in our activities. Paul has a great place here - you just have to realise that there is no kitchen in the main house but that did not bother us as we spent most of the time up in the area by the Hot Tub which had fantastic kitchen, games, karaoke, bar facilities - thank you Paul you made a great weekend even better !
