Monthly Rentals in Whitcomb Bayou

Kyan’s place is a cute little guest house on Pineapple Street. It has one large bedroom and a large living room/kitchen area. It is quiet and private. I spent most of my time on the screened porch, which is in the back overlooking a large yard with palm and live oak trees. I appreciated having the private space outdoors as I was there trying to soak in the good weather. The place is right near downtown Tarpon Springs and the Sponge Docks, and close to other cute towns like Dunedin and Palm Harbor. The entire area is full of parks, water and nature, and the towns have nice restaurants and shopping.

For someone wanting to be close to a beach or in a quiet place it was perfect. We took our bikes and can ride to anything within 5 miles. Really enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. Everything in the house was comfortable and feel like we had everything we needed. Mattresses were very comfortable. Julia was always generous to answer any questions and easy to rent from.

This little cottage is perfect for walking to just about anything…the park, beach, downtown, the sponge docks, restaurants and shops. There is plenty in the area to see and do. Debbie is the ultimate host. She truly cares about her renters and goes above and beyond. This was our 3rd time staying here and after many Airbnb stays over the years, we see how much work it takes to provide what Debbie does and it’s rare. Her place is exactly as pictured so if it looks inviting to you… don’t hesitate.

Fabulous house to stay and within easy walking distance to everything. Michelle has the house stocked with anything you might need for your stay to make you feel like you’re at home. Clean roomy home and she is so responsive to you if you have a question. Can’t go wrong with booking your stay here!
