We really enjoyed our stay: the location was lovely with surrounding picturesque fields and well placed for travelling to a variety of places around the Lakes from near Newby Bridge. Amy was very responsive and accommodating. The studio was very cosy, self-contained, and a great base for our day trips.

Beautiful cosy coach house, with upside down layout (kitchen/living room upstairs.) lovely location we drove to various places each day, well equipped kitchen, washing machine was handy, lots of books & games to play & Nice little play park outside for the kids, comfy beds with lovely fresh linen & towels, Mary was a great host gave us lots of recommendations for walks and places to eat, we really enjoyed a walk up to the top of Heversham head on the first night of our stay to watch the sunset. Hannah’s place suited us perfectly, we wanted something in a quiet location away from the Lake District crowds. Everything was clean and as listed, she even got us some coffee and a cafetière after asking whether the house had coffee making facilities available. She was responsive, friendly and helpful. A great place to stay for those wanting to experience a quieter location whilst visiting the Lakes but close enough to access when needed.
