Holiday rentals with breakfast in Western Massachusetts

Second visit and it was just as nice as the first. We like this house inside and out. The pool and walking trail through the woods are great, and the living room is super comfy for family hanging out at night or on a rainy morning. Highly recommend!

My stay was for work, so the home had plenty of space for my needs. Good space for groups up to 6, Queen in Master, another Queen bedroom and the 3rd has two twin. All bedrooms with lots of space. Two living areas to relax in. A nice kitchen to COOK IN, should you chose. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep an narrow for bringing large suitcases. But overall a very nice stay for nearly a month.

This home was was the perfect place to call home during our stay. Absolutely beautiful, comfortable with the most amazing back yard and enclosed patio. Great place to enjoy coffee, tea and conversation. The piano was a treat as we had musicians with us. Here for a family reunion with just about everyone born and raised in Manchester before jetting off to different parts of the globe, it provided a central place to visit, relax and connect. The highline trail is a hop skip and a jump away! Beautiful area to explore. Virginia was a fabulous host. You feel love here.

Lola's place was clean, quiet, comfy and well situated for our needs. The house is well equipped, including butter, milk and eggs in the refrigerator (nice touch). Lola is very responsive, answering any question we had in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Christine’s home is so comfortable and well-situated! Right down the road from Brattleboro and VT Country Deli, and right next to a park with trails (literally, in the backyard)! The home comes with heated flooring and garage, *fancy* bathroom, comfortable beds, and everything you could need in the kitchen. Christine was so friendly and made our stay extremely pleasant and relaxing. Thanks Christine!

We had the most wonderful stay at Nancy's home! The house was beautifully maintained, spacious, and had everything we needed for our family. The bedrooms were cozy, and the living area was perfect for relaxing together. We especially enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. Our stay was brief, but memorable. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Raphael was such an amazing host! Ver responsive and always going the extra mile. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and it is basically on the UMass campus! So getting to graduation was extremely easy :)

We had an excellent stay at Katherine’s place. The studio had everything our family of three needed during our stay. We appreciated the extra amenities, like the delicious banana bread, milk in the fridge, and beautiful flowers. The futon was comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows available. Katherine provided great directions to the studio and had help information on places to go in the area. We would definitely stay at Katherine’s studio again.

Our twins had ski jump camp in Salisbury and I'm thankful to have found Shirley's place. It was spacious, charming, clean, and had many thoughtful touches. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely lovely place to stay! I especially appreciated the list of nearest emergency rooms and numbers, and the list of nearby shopping and restaurants (which we totally went to! Great recommendations!) The apartment was very cute and spacious.

My wife and i stayed here for a quick weekend get away to go to some local breweries and do some shopping downtown. Less than a minute from The Retreat Farm market and tap room which is a must stop for sure. Amazing location, close to downtown shops and restaurants, the apartment was squeaky clean and was even better in person. Will most definitely be back!

Wonderful apartment clean quiet and a great place to stay

Juliann is an incredible host! We have stayed at her place before and will be staying again. We had a last minute change to our plans and Juliann really went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would highly recommend!

Absolutely loved Anna’s place! Anna greeted us upon arriving and was super friendly! Felt right at home as it had everything you could possibly need. The bed was super comfortable, extremely clean bathroom, the couch was a great place to wind down after a long day of hiking, and we loved how peaceful the property was. The property is very close to New Paltz, maybe 10 minutes, and close to Minnewaska State Park, approximately 20 minutes, as that was our main priority to go out and do some winter hiking. For dinner the two nights we stayed at Anna’s, we went to Hudson Ale Works, which was about 15 minutes away, and was a great place to grab a beer and a burger (beyond burgers as well), and Garvan’s, such an amazing experience at this pub and restaurant. Overall, Anna’s place is 10/10!!!

Couldn’t have better things to say about this place and Pat! The location is PERFECT…walking distance to shops/restaurants on Thames and Bowens Wharf. It was my boyfriend and my first time in a bed and breakfast and it was fabulous - breakfast was perfect, and we even had the option to take it to go if we wanted. Pat made us feel at home, gave great suggestions and the blue suite was surprisingly large! Would stay again when back in Newport!

Chris and Fran were great hosts. they made me feel right at home, with coffee, a light breakfast, and great conversation. the room was large and comfortable, inside a grande, historic house.

We came to Ernie's for a relaxing getaway for the weekend and it was exactly what we needed! Right away he greeted us and helped us with our bags. We we lucky enough that Christmas was still in full swing there and we're surrounded by festive and tasteful decor. The tree in our room even had a gift underneath for us! We had the whole lower level to ourselves and he was so accommodating to us and our dog. After a long day in the cold we relaxed in the hot tub (can't recommend enough!) And woke up to a wonderful breakfast. Overall was it a cozy, friendly, yet private stay and was just was we needed. We felt right at home while still being treated like first class guests. Thank you Ernie!!

This Airbnb was all my favorite things: clean, quiet and convenient. I'm in Catskill for various events throughout the year at Avalon Lounge and beyond. This Airbnb was only 15 mins away from many Catskill venues, restaurants and main roads.The host Tina was gracious and knowledgeable and I HIGHLY recommend her Airbnb to anyone coming to Catskill for a night, weekend, or longer.

This spot was perfect. As soon as we walked in my mouth dropped. It was perfect! The floors, the decor, the claw foot tub, the COMFY bed and COMFY pillows. So happy that we decided to stay here. We will definitely be back! We came to Saratoga Springs for a concert at SPAC. We were 15 minutes away. Just a mere 10-15 minutes to so many great restaurants in town. We enjoyed this beautiful bed and breakfast to the fullest. The gardens were gorgeous around the property. The pool was great- even had plenty of lounge chairs to sun bathe in! And then Glen- amazing host. He answered questions immediately! Breakfast was delicious both morning! Definitely need to book here!

Mary is absolutely amazing in every way! She is extremely hospitable, thoughtful, kind, helpful, and welcoming. I loved chatting with her and listening to her Irish accent through her stories from when she was in Ireland and beyond. Her house is very spacious and the bed is so comfortable. Her dog is darling too!

I absolutely love Jan and Tom’s place. It was clean, cozy and the location/view is beautiful! They went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable- providing recommendations, breakfast, and answering any questions we had. I definitely recommend this place - I will come back and stay for sure!

Cathy was the sweetest host, showing us around where everything was, and incredibly responsive to messages. Setting out breakfast for us in the morning was a great touch; very thoughtful! The place itself was gorgeous! An 1800's farmhouse with modern upgrades and still a beautiful, vintage charm and homey feel. WiFi offered, little chocolates in our rooms, plus fans and heaters for whatever sleeping style you prefer. We slept great and didn't have a single negative thought or thing to say about the experience we had. Cathy and her husband Todd were great hosts and we would ABSOLUTELY stay here again, whenever we return to VT. 11/10 experience!
