Lovely house feels very homely and relaxed , nice quiet location very clean and comfortable and amazing value for money , really easy to walk to eat out and not far from the seafront, I would definitely recommend and stay again , hosts are very attentive and reply instantly

A really lovely property in a great location. Would recommend for families/groups of friends. Really good space both indoors and out (even though we didn't use the outdoor space because of time of year). Shaa was also very prompt in communication.

We had the pleasure of staying for an entire month in this immaculate property where we immediately felt at home. Located in a quiet residential area but close to local amenities the facilities are excellent and the hosts go above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

This is a lovely house. Clean and tidy throughout with everything you’d need. Excellent off road parking for 2 cars in a quiet neighbourhood. Bed was very comfy and the shower was amazing. I didn’t try the jacuzzi bath but I’m sure it would be good! Carol is a brilliant, friendly host, she showed us round the house and made check in very smooth for us. Would 100% recommend!

We had a fabulous time once again with all my children, partners and dogs. It’s the 2nd year we have booked Katrina’s house between Xmas and new year and I would 100% recommend it . The house smells amazing , the beds super comfy and the pillows and bed linen of superb quality. In fact I’ve purchased the same pillows for home ! The garden is large and fully enclosed for dogs and there’s ample parking for 4 cars. Katrina and nick are superb hosts and we would love to book for a 3rd year !

Another lovely stay at Karen’s house. House was warm and clean when we arrived. It’s a real home from home. Karen has thought of everything to make a stay in her beautiful home very enjoyable. Beds are comfy and lovely linen. Shower is amazing. Great location within a walk to the center of town. Both times we’ve stayed here, we’ve been to the theatre. Will definitely stay again next time we visit southend. Highly recommend

This place was incredible! Beautiful, cozy, clean, and spacious! Janet had everything you could need for your stay, including a little breakfast, coffee, and tea welcome kit. I immediately felt right at home in this place. Janet was friendly and kind and always very responsive to my questions. Also, as a solo traveler, from the tucked away entrance to the well-lit porch, I felt very safe in this space. It was a short walk to the train station (and a cheap Uber from the train station if you have luggage or it’s cold, etc.). It’s also across the street from a quiet little park. I honestly can’t say enough about how much I loved this Airbnb and how beautiful it was and how wish I could live there year-round! I just hope I can return in the summer so I can enjoy the patio area!

Had a lovely stay.The place was lovely, clean and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable and you had all the essentials you needed for an overnight stay.

Dans place is our go-to accommodation when we are in Basildon. It’s really comfortable, well equipped and Dan is super friendly and always willing to sort out any problems that may occur.

Sheerness is a special place. We had things to do and people to see in the area and this apartment suited us very well. However, it is such a beautifully restored, decorated and furnished apartment that it would be worth staying a couple of nights just to experience it. The exterior and especially the interior are completely charming, and Antony was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent host. There are a couple of decent restaurants nearby and Sheppey is well worth exploring. We had a great stay

This is a lovely, extremely spacious annexe / cottage, with absolutely everything we wanted for our weekend stay. Couldn't fault anything, and loved the lovely treats provided both for us grown ups and our furry friend. Would recommend to everyone and hope we'll back to stay again soon.

This is a good place to stay. We loved the quiet neighborhood. The house is exactly how’s shown in pictures. We initially had challenge with the Heater system. But Mia was super quick to call to resolve it. The only downside is, it is quite far from central London - we missed the last train one of the days. We have to spend some money to take the daily pass, (family of 5 of us). However there is good train connection to the central London. Nearby shops for groceries available, if you plan to cook. Overall, very good stay if you prefer a stay not too close to central London.

Absolutely stunning place, better than expected by far. Photos didn’t do it justice and very clean with lots of home comforts. Maxine was great with recommendations for local restaurants and communication was brilliant. Especially when I had a moment when I thought we’d have to cancel. I got the time wrong for check out but the cleaner was understanding while we finished up our packing. Location was great, we went to the Ocean Beach and had a lovely meal and staff were really friendly.

Fabulous accommodation. Loved the interior design, lighting and furnishings. Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Easy off road parking right outside the front door was a bonus. The location was perfect with a short walk to shops and restaurants and Old Leigh with old pubs and lovely coastal walking. Thank you to Lauren and Greg for being responsive and friendly hosts. Mikes place was ideal for,our visit to Medway. It was very clean the beds were comfortable and the TV / Wi-Fi was very good. We were greeted by Abbie who was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mikes place to friends and family.

Perfect flat in every way. Well maintained and modern lovely bathroom and kitchen with all you need . Small private garden if you want to sit out. Within walking distance of Southend and theatre straight across the road .An ideal base for us as we have family in the area. Chris and Hilary were perfect hosts.
