Condo holiday rentals in Westcliff-on-Sea

It's G-level, so it's easy to move my luggage and the neighborhood is quiet. The interior was pretty and the bedding was good. Kitchen cookware was prepared without shortage and well managed. Thank you so much for your consideration on weekends about the use of hot water and heating.

We loved our stay at Mark’s annexe. We were a family of four visiting Southend on Sea for two nights in half term and Mark’s place was perfect. Mark met us on arrival, showed us round and gave us some recommendations for nice places to eat that were nearby. There was a lovely welcome basket of food waiting for us in the kitchen including bread, eggs, milk and lots of other goodies! The whole place is decorated really nicely and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The parking space is extremely helpful too! The annexe is located in a little quiet cul de sac just off the seafront. We walked along to Adventure Island and the pier and it’s a very easy flat walk that took about 20 minutes. There are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants along the way too. We would highly recommended staying at Mark’s place if you’re looking for lovely, clean, comfortable and convenient accommodation in Southend on Sea.

Winfrida's place is like a home away from home. Her library is my favorite with very good reads. She is very friendly and responsive

If you’re looking for somewhere central this is a great choice! Very central. Shop opposite and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Excellent place to stay.

Dan’s place was within walking distance to the High Street, Castle, pubs and Restaurants. It was clean warm and easily accessible. We will stay here again.

The host had left the property spotless and gave clear instructions on how to find it and check in. Others in the area were noisy but this is not the hosts fault at all.

Zion was responsive to messages and readily available to answer questions. The property was well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The property was easily accessible. The price of the rental was considered fair for the quality offered.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bookshop Retreat! It’s so cosy and we felt right at home, especially when we put the fire on. The location is brilliant, on the quieter end of the high street and Tamara was incredibly helpful sending really clear instructions. Would 100% come back!

Another great stay at Claire’s place!

The four of us, 2 adults and 2 children stayed a single night at Bev’s place whilst seeing family in Southend. The flat was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities listed. Prior to arrival Bev had already set up our sofa bed, and as with all the linens and towels the bedding smelt great! Thanks Bev for a great stay: we’ll look you up again when we next come down, great value for the price.

Fabulous accommodation. Loved the interior design, lighting and furnishings. Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Easy off road parking right outside the front door was a bonus. The location was perfect with a short walk to shops and restaurants and Old Leigh with old pubs and lovely coastal walking. Thank you to Lauren and Greg for being responsive and friendly hosts. We will be back!

WOW, what an amazing Airbnb!! We loved it here so much, it was so spacious and felt really luxurious! It was well equipped with everything we needed, it was in a perfect location with a lovely sea view. Communication with Karen was great and she was really accommodating. Thank you for such a great stay!

The place was thoughtfully put together with a warm inviting atmosphere that wasn't ostentatious. The kitchen was the highlight for me, I always love when an AirBnB has a good kitchen that is well equipped and with some basics. I was able to cook a couple of very nice meals there with what was available. Great location, just a couple of minutes walk from whistable high street, and a few minutes more to the beach.

Myself and three girl friends had a lovely stay. super convenient location. The apartment looked practically brand new and wonderfully characterful and colourful. highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment! The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the high street with its great selection of shops and restaurants, and less than 15 minutes to the sea front. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment is very quiet. The flat is wonderfully eclectic and tastefully decorated, and the host was fantastic—very caring and responsive, addressing all our needs promptly. Our family, especially our toddler, felt right at home. There were plenty of toys, books, and even a train track set up upon our arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and kept our little one entertained while we settled in. We’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.

This is a good place to stay. We loved the quiet neighborhood. The house is exactly how’s shown in pictures. We initially had challenge with the Heater system. But Mia was super quick to call to resolve it. The only downside is, it is quite far from central London - we missed the last train one of the days. We have to spend some money to take the daily pass, (family of 5 of us). However there is good train connection to the central London. Nearby shops for groceries available, if you plan to cook. Overall, very good stay if you prefer a stay not too close to central London.

Beautiful apartment. We were extremely happy with it. it was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet area. We will definitely recommend it.

Mikes place was ideal for,our visit to Medway. It was very clean the beds were comfortable and the TV / Wi-Fi was very good. We were greeted by Abbie who was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mikes place to friends and family.

Tim's place is great, we felt very at home. It's very spacious and comfy. Everything you need for a break.

Perfect flat in every way. Well maintained and modern lovely bathroom and kitchen with all you need . Small private garden if you want to sit out. Within walking distance of Southend and theatre straight across the road .An ideal base for us as we have family in the area. Chris and Hilary were perfect hosts.

Nancy's place was amazing, spotlessly clean and so spacious. We stayed over Christmas with our 2 young kids and it was perfect, lots of toys and games too. The flat is beautifully decorated (plus had a Christmas tree which was a lovely touch) and extremely quiet. Beds are super comfy. Nancy was very responsive even over the bank holidays. We would definitely book again, thank you!

We loved this cosy flat, fantastic location, lovely and warm (on cold winters day!) and really attractive decor and pictures of sailing and beach life. All immaculately clean, very comfortable bed and great instructions to find the place. We enjoyed Netflix in the evening and really relaxed. Thank you 🙏 (Ps / note there isn’t a shop nearby so grab milk for tea etc before you arrive if you like a cuppa)
