We had it super, enjoyed the tranquility and beautiful surroundings. A warm welcome, and if we had any questions in between, we could ask them. Wonderfully walked from the cottage to the sea dyke, among other things. Nice villages in the area explored, Leeuwarden is nearby and plenty of restaurants/outings to do by car. Had a great time, would definitely like to come back!

My second stay here and can't wait for my third. Perfect for work or a nice visit to Makkum and the lovely Friesland region

Very nice apartment, very comfortable bed, very friendly host. The next day the host gave us a detailed introduction to the surrounding cities and how to drive a boat to visit nearby attractions. Unforgettable travel experience, we will come again.

Characterful house in a beautiful central location in the middle of Workum. All the fun things can be walked within a few minutes. Definitely recommended.

Super nice, modern apartment, very nice communication. Unfortunately, our child had forgotten his favorite cuddle toy in the apartment and our host proactively contacted us and mailed it. Great service and always easily accessible. Camp directly on the dunes. We'll be back

Had a great stay over New Year's Eve in the loft. The cottage is very nice, ideal for two people and furnished with a lot of love for detail. As a welcome, there was a bottle of sparkling wine and a warm welcome, which made us feel right at home. Everything went smoothly, and we enjoyed the time very much. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed with 5 people for an extended weekend in the great house. Aryette welcomed us with a flashlight on the driveway because we had to arrive late. Thank you! The house is perfect,very clean, very cozy and ideal for excursions in the area and also to Ameland. We highly recommend it and would be happy to come back

My girls and I have been very excited about the beautiful place Lemmer. The place was very bright, modern and welcoming. I'm sure you'll notice a few things on closer inspection, but that didn't hurt the overall impression. We were surprised how central the place was. A club just around the corner, supermarkets can even be reached on foot in a few minutes. Restaurants, small cute shops and also the beach are not far away and can be reached in 2-10 minutes. The double bunk beds are unfortunately very uncomfortable, but the double bed is amazing ! Tessa was always quick to reach and always helped you quickly. We definitely recommend the place. A visit to Lemmer is a must-see.

Great location and top service! We at Royal Deck had a fantastic stay at this beautiful location. The area is wonderfully quiet and private, while everything is easily accessible. What you see on the pictures is exactly what you get: a neat, clean and well-maintained place. Patricia is very nice in communication and actively thinks along to make the stay as pleasant as possible, for example with cleaning and other amenities. This makes it extra pleasant, especially for longer stays. We definitely recommend this location and will be happy to come back here!

We spent 6 nights with our two dogs at Marc's place and felt at home during that time. Marc is a great host who is always easily accessible; Bea visited us and helped us with questions. The small house is cozily furnished and very well equipped. We didn't lack anything. We loved sitting on the cozy veranda and enjoyed the great view. The surroundings are quiet, there is a lot of nature and there are many easily accessible excursion destinations nearby. Marc also provides bicycles and a boat, which we did not use. All in all, we were thrilled, enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful holiday. The cottage is above average well equipped with everything you need and very comfortably furnished! You're right at home! The contact with Renske was super nice and reliable fast. You can only recommend the house!!!

It was a very nice stay. The townhouse is very nicely decorated and everything is well maintained and clean. Harlingen is a very nice town with many restaurants, bars and nice little shops that invite you to stroll. The harbor is very nice too.

Hagar's house is set in beautiful scenery. Directly at the house is a canal that is great for fishing or watching the water birds living there. The house itself is very well equipped and very clean. Hagar was always available and helpful. My family and I really enjoyed the time and can recommend the place to everyone.

A fantastically beautiful monumental building with beautiful spacious rooms and bedrooms, very tastefully decorated and located in a beautiful location just outside the historic center of Leeuwarden. Cecelia is a very friendly hostess who takes care of everything down to the last detail and is quickly accessible and responds to questions. Thank you for this Cecilia! Stay is in a good location to the city center of Leeuwarden. Museums, restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Well cared for stay. Good communication. Nice detail: the photo wall with what the street used to look like. Tip: the Miniature People hiking trail!

Very nice place, quiet location, very large and comfortable! Modern and cozy furnishings. Kitchen had everything! The beautiful beach and sand dune were all within walking distance. Very comfortable beds. We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend the great place to stay.

What a wonderful stay. I was here around New Year's Eve, and the space was incredibly cozy and cozy. Small lights, candles and of course the wood stove! I went here for the silence, and it was quiet. I barely heard any fireworks. Lovely! Linda and Sjoerd are incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd love to come back!

We had a lovely stay. The place was private and had everything well-deserved rest for a few days. Bed was comfy and view was beautiful. The waterfront seating was our favorite. The surroundings are great too! We cycled over 80 kilometers. We definitely recommend this place 👍
