Our vacation home is located on the most beautiful and peaceful spot on the outskirts of recreational park "De Krim" overlooking the 18-hole golf course and the dunes of Texel. Beautiful, new (2020) thatched villa with water on two sides and private dock. 4 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Air conditioning . Huge terrace on the water, partly covered and heated. Fireplace, both inside and outside. Large open kitchen with all appliances (2 refrigerators, combi steamer, dishwasher, ice maker, Nespresso, filter coffee machine, etc.). Optionally with a 10-person luxury sloop (no boat license required, skipper at least 21 years old)

Take a step back in this unique, soothing accommodation. You will sleep in a great place, away from the inhabited world and on the water. You can enjoy the vast landscape and the tranquility with a beautiful sunset. Experience it for yourself and enjoy the tranquility! From the terrace you can go straight to the water in one of our canoes and in the morning there are fresh eggs. We are happy that we can welcome guests again after a long period of renovation. We now live in the back yard.

beach house Java ruggen 8 makkum, lovely luxury and very spacious 4 person and a unique location, on the beach of the IJsselmeer where you can walk from your terrace so to surf, swim etc. there is a lovely wood-fired Swedish hot tub. further a lovely steam shower and whirlpool bath. near the beautiful Frisian town of Makkum. the house is equipped with underfloor heating and has a cozy gas fireplace. from the living room you have fantastic views over the IJsselmeer.

Our holiday house is in a sheltered place and is excellently suited for a quiet holiday. Near the beach, dunes and sea. Near cycling, hiking and canoeing route. Opportunities enough for a versatile stay, where of course plenty of space is left to enjoy a good book and a delicious cup of tea with a setting sun. You can go there all year round for a wonderful stay. It's a great way back to this unique, soothing place to stay.
