Monthly Rentals in West Melbourne

The owner is very responsive not only in texting but actions too and easy to communicate with. The place is nice for a family of 4 pax. Despite only one room, the owner is not putting the sofa bed but an actual bed which is a plus point. Location is convenience and just one city garden away from the busy Melborune city center. Will stay again when back to Melborune

The apartment and location were perfect, in the Docklands, the tram next door. Jack was a great host, responsive, and very helpful when we had a request, thank you again. We'll be back without hesitating.

Beautiful apartment close to city centre. Great view from balcony and lounge room/kitchen. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Communication with Debbie was fantastic. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Debbie
