Monthly Rentals in West Lake Hills

I had a four week stay at Tanya and Mathew's studio apartment and it turned out to be a great decision for all reasons. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and homely, but at the same time very accessible to downtown where I needed to work. There is also a convenient grocery stores less than 8 minutes walk away. I definitely would stay here again and I recommend to anyone else to do so too.

My stay was awesome!!! The property was easy to find and in a great location with a beautiful view of the city in the morning and night! Space was clean with everything I needed. Easy in and out access with lots of privacy! Nice 10 min drive to downtown which was very convenient. Overall I loved the space and thoroughly enjoyed my stay and most definitely would recommend for anyone wanting a clean, beautiful space to sty in the Austin area!!!!!

Joey’s space was such a great fit for me. It is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood just a short drive to downtown and lady bird lake. The condo is very homey, and has everything you need for your stay. Joey, is such a kind and friendly host, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have an ideal Austin experience.

Highly recommend! Jacqueline was a very attentive host and made sure we were looked after. The place is secluded and immersed in nature. Perfect if you want to stay away from town, but only an 8 minute Uber to a pretty cool coffee spot on the lake. (Mozarts coffee) Fully stocked kitchen with lots of spices. The highlight for me was the balcony area with the lounges and this incredible view. Each room had plenty of wardrobe space to keep our bags and hang clothes. Loved the bathroom! Very modern fridge and appliances.
