We had a great stay here, very central location for town and beach. Lovely apartment, well appointed and great parking space. Information before and after was thorough.

The apartment was perfectly situated, walkable to the beach and close to Fisherman’s walk. The apartment itself was larger than it looked in the pictures and was great for our family of four, loved the kitchen and the en-suite the most! Ginny as a host was wonderful, small touches like laying out children’s books for the kids and homemade apple cake with other small treats really made us feel at home! Definitely a great stay for Southbourne and very close to Bournemouth too!

Second time staying. Would 100% recommend for anyone travelling to Bournemouth. Easy check in with parking and facilities as described. Was always nice to come back from a day out to the flat.

The apartment is in a perfect location with easy access to all local amenities.

David and Liz were incredibly helpful from the initial booking through to when we had left their property. They even posted a charger that we left behind which was incredibly thoughtful! Nothing was too much bother and nice touches such as a couple of beers and bottle of Prosecco in the fridge make all the difference. The property itself is a fantastic location and within easy reach of the beach and shops. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

A perfect location for all the amenities of Poole and Poole Harbour. The view of the harbour was spectacular and a good amount of our was spent sitting on the window seat admiring the view and watching people go by their day. The apartment is very well equipped with pretty much everything you need and we very much appreciated the extra touches such as fresh flowers on the windowsill, milk, OJ and croissants. I’ll definitely visit again when I visit Poole next!

The stay at Luke’s place was perfect for us as a family, it was spacious and very clean and tidy. Plus it was in a fantastic location for us to get to all the local amenities. Luke was very helpful with a few things we needed to know and responded so quickly to our questions . We will be staying there again when we go back to visit our family .

Lovely homely place with some nice little touches, amazing information on things to do including detailed walks, and so dog friendly, the location is spot on, you do not need to drive anywhere we parked up with the supplied permit and enjoyed a couple of days of relaxing walks and pub/restaurant visits. Just what we wanted highly recommended. And Cate even allowed us to stay the extra night as I had made an error and booked a day earlier, what a Great host.

Lovely apartment. Stayed for 3 weeks for work and really enjoyed it. It is in a nice quiet location. Easy to access with good parking. Dog loved it also! Hope I get to stay here again.

It's a lovely place with a great host. It's ideal for two to four people, with two bedrooms and large beds on the ground floor of a small apartment building. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. The living room is large enough for two to four people and a medium-sized dog like ours, who felt right at home. The place was warm and very friendly. We are happy to recommend this place.

The apartment was a real home from home, with everything you could ever need, it was warm, welcoming and comfortable, there was a lovely welcome pack of fresh milk, and cream teas in the fridge, tea, coffee etc, with condiments in the cupboard. There was even dog treats and a water bowl for our little dog. There was hand wash, washing up liquid, dishwasher & washing machine tablets, tea towels, shower gel and toiletries. The towels were "Christy" and the bedding was "Dorma".

Thank you for welcoming us to the little garden flat. The accommodation was just as described and the personal welcome was a brilliant touch. We would recommend this place to any couple looking for a quiet few days whilst being very accessible to the town centre by taxi. We look forward to visiting again.

5 minute walk from the sea front, 2 minutes in to the town centre, dog friendly accommodation. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything we needed including a washer/dryer. Nice little touch of two small bottles of prosecco and a large bag of crisps plus tea coffee and milk on arrival. Jenny was an amazing host and very responsive. Would definitely go back.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this charming countryside retreat, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in the courtyard of a stunning Grade 2 Georgian house, the apartment was cosy, warm, and beautifully equipped—an ideal base for exploring the area. Having stayed in luxury hotels, we can confidently say this Airbnb is just as exceptional. Eleanor, the host, went above and beyond to make our stay special. Despite booking last minute before New Year’s Eve, she thoughtfully provided luxury dining sets and candles, creating the perfect ambiance for a cosy dinner. We also took advantage of the local horse riding just 12 minutes away, which was such a highlight of our trip. Although we didn’t get a chance to try the spa due to our packed itinerary, it’s definitely on our list for next time. We can’t wait to return! Couldn’t recommend higher!

Wonderful apartment with everything you need. As a group of friends looking for a place to stay nearby our friend's anniversary party, this was absolutely ideal for our purposes. Very clean and comfortable, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, the washer/dryer came in handy and the pool was a godsend after a late night. Highly recommended!

We spent 6 days in an excellent accommodation and the facilities in the hotel were great. Our host was very helpful and supportive if we had any questions. We would definitely highly recommend this apartment.

I stayed at Poolside with my boyfriend for my birthday weekend and it was perfect. We enjoyed making use of the hot tub, pool and sauna and it was a lovely place to just relax and have a break away. Gayatri’s instructions to finding the place were very clear and helpful and everything was exactly as described. There was also a booklet that Gayatri provided with local recommendations of what was nearby which we found useful aswell. I felt it was definitely worth the money and we definitely like to return in the future!

Lovely spacious open plan living room/kitchen area that looks bigger than the pics. Friendly and helpful host who even added a blender on request. Good value, too.

Beautiful and peaceful setting. The pool and activities room and playgrounds were wonderful. You could book private sessions in the pool although we also found the communal sessions generally weren’t busy and we often had the pool to ourselves. It was perfect for our daughter as it wasn’t too deep which really helped her build confidence at swimming. We loved playing table tennis and badminton with our older child while the plentiful toys (especially the pedal tractor) kept the little one very happy! Lots to do in the surrounding area, although the peaceful/remote location meant they were all a fair drive away. Apartment was as pictured. It had everything we needed and was always warm- important for October half term break!

Lovely stay at this picturesque holiday cottage near the river. Wonderful time had as a family just between Christmas and New Year. Harriet was very welcoming and friendly throughout and helped us with any questions we had. Lovely warm swimming pool which was perfect for introducing our 8 month old to swimming. Would definitely recommend. A very quiet and peaceful stay in a cosy countryside cottage.
