A very nice apartment. We felt very comfortable.

Just Perfect! We stayed in Inken's thatched roof house for a week. The old house has been beautifully and carefully renovated. The old elements and furniture are perfectly matched to the new ones. The house is super well-equipped. The decor and decoration is tasteful and comfortable. We lacked nothing. We would like to give more than 5 stars if possible.

We already booked the old school in June as a stopover on the drive to Denmark. We liked the lovingly furnished, very clean apartment with its cozy atmosphere so much that we spontaneously decided to return for eight nights over the turn of the year. The location on the North Baltic Sea Canal offers ideal walking opportunities and the excursion destinations on the North Sea are within easy reach. Our dogs enjoyed the spacious, quiet environment as much as we did. Especially before New Year's Eve, it was pleasantly quiet in the region regarding fireworks – a treat for noise-sensitive animals. Although there were of course fireworks on New Year's Eve, the blast was manageable, in the house we hardly noticed anything about it. This home is perfect for dog owners who value comfort, relaxation, and a dog-friendly environment. Dear Steffi, dear Sven: You are great hosts with a wonderful place to stay that we can fully recommend!

The house was bigger than described. It was very nice with many rooms, each nice large room with a closet and drawers. The house, very bright, is immersed in nature, with lots of trees all around, where you can hear the rustling of trees, birds. Really nice! There was a table, chairs and a hammock in the garden. What we noticed above all was the cleanliness, it was impeccable, everything was very clean. Of course, it takes a car to get around because there is no sidewalk, even if the village is nearby. Anyway, a lot of good experience. Then the hostess is really very nice, kind, she responds immediately and listens to the suggestions. Thank you Heike for everything!
