Beautiful place, breathtaking view and super super clean! Will definitely come back and would recommend to anyone who wants to unwind for a few days! Just one callout - it’s not a bathing beach so would keep that in mind if the intention is to bathe in the sea but if you just want to chill by and on the beach, this is the go to property!!!

A very peaceful getaway, lots of space to relax and use of both pools without other guests. Sharmila was very responsive and helpful during the booking process, and Sunil was on site when we arrived to guide us to the villa and help us settle in. Highly recommend this place, it’s good value for money for the amenities offered and we left feeling relaxed and refreshed. We liked being able to be fully self catering and as there were no other guests it was extremely private. Thanks and we are looking forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in central Colombo . The apartment was modern with all amenities, and clean, exactly as it apears in pictures. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel just like home. One of the highlights was the breathtaking sunset view over Colombo, which we enjoyed. The location was central and the security was excellent, giving us peace of mind . Our host, Nayani, was very responsive and the caretaker also greeted us with genuine warmth . Although we only stayed for one night, it was a very comfortable and memorable experience and we are sure to come back.

This was the Perfect Place to spend our last night in Sri Lanka before an early flight back home. So beautiful, so peaceful and the staff is just wonderful. We would always book again after arrival or before departure.

Amazing host!!! I never visited such a great place !! We enjoyed the stay. Host arranged even dinner for us due to late night arrival though it was not listed. I definitely visit this property with Family. Thank you host for your wonderful care during our stay !!!

Great place to stay if you want to be immersed in local life and beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. It was close to several eateries. I went into Colombo and there were two bus stops within walking distance. It took a bit over an hour to go to Colombo fort via bus or about a 35/45min tuk tuk ride. I didn't mind it being far away. It's very close to the airport. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I would eat some of my meals.

Beyond perfect. We loved this wonderful house and the paradise garden. 🥰 It felt like home. Thanks for this perfect start to our trip. Madura and his wonderful family were so welcoming and warm-hearted. We got so many helpful advices and one could feel that Madura wanted to ensure that we feel comfortable all the time. The place is so peaceful and beautiful. You can easily reach shops, restaurants and so on by TukTuk. The neighbour is a TukTuk driver and he and his family were also always so helpful and nice. We will come again!

I experienced a excellent stay at Sudam's place. Sudam was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was nice, clean, and well-maintained. It was equipped with every essential item, including a washing machine, refrigerator, gas cooker, TV, water dispenser, clothes rack, hair dryer. Everything was properly cleaned and well-maintained. I reached well past midnight and Sudam was there to welcome me to ensure my stay is comfortable. Sidam also allowed me to checkout a bit late as my flight was late at night, which was very helpful. This place is just walkable distance from Colombo-Kaduwela main road and Thalehene bus stop. I used public transport for most of my visits to Colombo, so it was very conformatable to me. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets are available just in walking distance. I would highly recommended for everyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Baththaramulla-Thalahena area.
