Global's listing was well worth the visit. It is such a peaceful spot both inside and out. We walked around the lake, worked out in the gym, ate at the restaurant next door, had coffee and bagels at the coffee shop downstairs, watched 2 late nite movies on the ultra wide screen TV and utilized the well stocked kitchen to warm up left overs and make popcorn. It was so easyto just to relax around the complex, however we were also so close to all the activities we planned...15 minutes from the Belice musical that we attended in Reno, 7 minutes from the rifle range in Sparks, and 15 minutes from the Automotive Museum in Reno. Oh and the bed was super comfy!! This was an amazing getaway to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Thanks to Chris for sharing his space & hospitality!

This was my second stay at this LussoStay property and I will be back! Very cozy apartment that was perfect for my 3-day work trip at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center, which is only 12 minutes away. Kitchen was fully stocked as were the bathrooms & closets with everything you could need while traveling. Very responsive host, too.

It was a very beautiful accommodating home, not just for the us but also for our children. everything you need and more is provided for and just makes you feel at home, and comes with the bonus of the beautiful view.

Plushy was a great host and extremely responsive. Location is also beautiful and right next to the river. We woke up to a snowy view in the morning at it was lovely.

Finding the unit was tricky the first time, but it all made sense the second time. Perhaps Lusso could better warn guests that finding the place might be tricky initially, and to give extremely detailed instructions upon finding the place. I was in Sparks/Reno, not my favorite places given that getting anywhere requires not just driving but lots of it, and, I was there for three intense work weeks. But the unit proved a good refuge from everything. And, most important for me, the kitchen was quite serviceable. I took my own knives, but never had to get them out. Parking is especially easy, with the assigned space near the door to the hallway leading to unit. The hallway leading to the unit is a bit sketchy with stained carpet and smells. The unit could have used better lighting in the living area, but I adjusted by moving the floor lamp by the couch to being over the dining/work table.

This is the third time we stayed with the Lusso’s. That tells you something. They checked on us from time to time and provided contact info if anything was needed. Well done Lusso’s!

I decided, last minute, to watch the Super Bowl with my friend in Reno. She lives there but I wanted to be at the Marina. This place is amazing - looks exactly like the pictures! The unit itself is very well appointed and the beds/pillows/linens are heavenly. Host was quick to respond to messages and really friendly. Loved having a parking spot in the garage w/ clicker! Thanks so much - I will be back! :)

This place was perfect! Super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Waking up to the marina views every morning was amazing, and the location was spot on!! Close to great food and coffee, shopping, and fun things to do. Derick and Thy was awesome and made everything super easy. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave. Would 100% stay here again!

Stayed here for the skiing trip to near by Mt.Rose. Would stay here again for its location. Host has kayak boards that you could use.

Beautiful view, good location, spacious home for our big group. We had such a great time here and the host made sure of it. All the amenities listed were there and it added to our experience. We come to sparks/reno every year so we really enjoyed it this time around. If you are looking to stay here, you definitely should! Just a heads up — make sure to strategize on staggering your showers to ensure hot water. Truly a wonderful stay. My group and I would be happy to come back.

If you're looking for a great place to stay in Sparks, look no further. Timothy's place is in a fantastic location, closed to Legends shopping plaza. There's ton's of great restaurants and stores within a 5 minute drive. The amenities were great and Timothy is always responsive and provides clear instructions. Don't hesitate in booking Timothy's place.

Absolutely amazing stay for our group , house has plenty of room , back deck is beautiful by the water , very private even though houses are around you , beds where very very comfortable and we were 16 minutes from Golden Eagle Park , zero complaints and would stay again and recommend

We were visiting Lake Tahoe for a wedding and found Linda's place - it was absolutely perfect for our weekend! Super clean, had everything that we needed, spacious enough for our family and close to most places so we walked. If we go back to Incline Village (which I hope we do!), I'd love to stay here again!

The downtown location is great and the views are even better. The apartment was described accurately very well represented and clean!

What a wonderful, wonderful, beautiful home. Clean, extremely well-equipped, and the most glorious setting on the edge of the lake. Communication with the owner was super helpful, thorough, and immediate. No disappointments! We loved our stay and can't recommend highly enough.

Neat, clean place. Close to Starbucks coffee and Diamond Peak Ski resort. Check in was a breeze. Kids really loved the beds and decor throughout the house. We intended on having a fire, loved having that option, but just didn’t have time. Games were very cool too.

We had a great stay in Lake Tahoe. The views from the condo are absolutely amazing! Expensive to have this view but of course it was our one chance to visit Lake Tahoe & we splurged on this rental. Condo had everything we needed. If I had any recommendation it would be to have a cozy/ comfortable couch in the living room & cozy/soft blankets for the living room. This would be nice as you enjoy the amazing views or while relaxing with the fresh air in the evening. We did visit mid October. We loved being so close to Sand Harbor too! Absolutely gorgeous!! Easy/short drive from the condo & trails that are easy to access. During our week visit we had sunshine, rain, & snow. It was a beautiful week! Our favorite breakfast was at Tunnel Creek Cafe. We also loved the MS Dixie boat tour out of Zephyr Cove, down south, had great views of Emerald Bay. We also did the UTV tour to Genoa Peak. This was a great experience. We all loved it, including our kids 8 yrs old & 11 years old.
