Townhouse holiday rentals in Washoe County

We had a wonderful stay at Bill & Helen's condo. Helen was a perfect hostess, checking in with us to make sure everything was OK, arranging for a mid-stay cleaning because we stayed a month, making sure we were warm enough during an unusual cold snap, and just in general being a really sweet person. The kitchen is very well stocked with every cooking item we needed and we cooked in a lot. It is very comfortably furnished and we felt right at home. The Raleys is an easy walk, as are many restaurants and even the lake. We used the complex tennis court & hot tub which was close by. Music on the beach was a fun activity. I would highly recommend this condo. We loved staying in Third Creek so much that we are buying a condo there!

Michelle and David were very responsive and understanding. We very were able to very comfortably sleep 7 people. Great location to go ski Diamond Peak. Just one thing to note, the bunk bed room requires the guests staying there to go through the garage to get to the common area/other bedrooms.

Place was lovely, felt right at home, very comforting, great communication.

We stayed for 3 nights at this property. It was wonderful. The townhouse is spacious, clean and everything we needed for our family. The kids had ton of fun even just around the school area. Location is great with a lot of restaurant and grocery stores around. We would definitely come back

It was a perfect place for our group of 7. It was clean, cozy and very cute. The host's were responsive and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at incline Village condo. It was very convenient to grocery shopping the ski slopes. Was a very nice condo very clean spacious beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. We would stay here again.

Beautiful place near downtown! Easy check-in and plenty of space for 5 people. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is big and has anything you'd need. Everything was clean we enjoyed staying in as well as going out. Walking distance to downtown with many shops and restaurants on the way into town. Easy to get to town if you want to drive too. Host was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the entire stay!

Tabitha was great to work with, we extended our stay and she was accommodating. We had a glitch with the house code working after extending our stay. She was out of cell phone range, it was Labor Day weekend. It was remedied after several hours and she was very apologetic. Overall a pleasant experience.

Very close to diamond peak and Ralph's. we also visit a closeby beach. They are all within 5 minutes drive. I love the warm and clean bathrooms too.

Easy to find, clean, everything we needed and Johny the host is super helpful, responsive and kind. Great spot for staying in Carson City!

We loved Chris’s place. If felt like home and the energy was peaceful. The home was clean, organized and pet friendly. Chris is amazing host and very proactive and responsive.

Anna-Lou is a great host and her place is nice. It’s in a less crowded part of the town, the house is clean and equipped, and it was always quiet at night! As a plus, each room has its own bathroom! I was there on a work trip with two other people, so that was a huge plus for us. Also, whenever I had an inquiry, Anna-Lou responded so quick and was very pleasant to correspond with. I found a nice routine for myself there and my work trip truly didn’t feel like work. I highly recommend!

We had a great time at Shannon’s place! Kitchen was stocked with what we needed and dish washer made a clean up a breeze. Was able to do laundry before we came back home. We got to have a horse sleigh 10 min away from house and go on snowmobile rides with the whole family. We had 2 kiddos (5 & 2) with us and had no problem with the staircase inside. Our stay was comfortable and perfect for the 6 of us! Parking was easy for 2 cars too right outside of our door. Thank you so much for the easy instructions with pictures you sent. We loved our stay and will be back here.

Lots of amenities, particularly in the kitchen, that really helped you feel at home. Little things like having a pizza cutter or a blender or basic spices or olive oil or decent pans that went a long way to making you feel like you’re home away from home.

The place was a great home away from home. It snowed the next day… just beautiful timing. We just walked across to the area of the pickup and drop offs to the ski lifts. The distance to the ski lifts up the mountain was just a quick bus ride. Overall, the place was great… the bed were comfy, the shower(s) were hot and the fireplace were such a joy.

Nicole was an amazing host and kept us feeling right at home. The place was exactly what we wanted for a group ski trip. It was clean and had everything you'll need and more. Boot dryer / warmer was a great feature and Nicole really went the extra mile to make sure we felt taken care of and appreciated. We'd be happy to stay there next time we visit Incline Village.

Loved the stay felt right at home. Close to Raleys which is a plus because if you need any groceries it’s 3 min walking distances. The home has everything you need to have a good stay. They are really responsive when it comes to need assistance for anything. Big tv and nice sitting area for everybody to relax in the living room and watch movies . Fire place is a plus for those chilly nights . Equipment in the garage to take off the snow off your car if needed . coffee machine with pods provided for that morning cofee . Everything was awesome would recommend anybody to stay if they have a family of 6. Would come here again if the future .
