Monthly Rentals in Washington

We stayed at Blue house North for over a month. It had everything we needed, and Myra was a brilliant host. The location is excellent, very private and it feels very safe. Would highly recommend.

Good location. just a 15 min walk from Jesmond Metro and a short walk on the River Tyne where you are spoilt for choice on eating and drinking establishments

I had a great stay here. A good-sized apartment, very reasonably priced, great communication with hosts. It is near to the metro stop and had some nice walks in the neighbourhood. The only location drawback without a car is that the grocery shopping was a bit limited. However, I often took the metro/train to nearby places and so with a bit of planning the shopping was fine. Great value for a very peaceful spot with lots of interesting places nearby that were accessible on public transport (or even on foot - a lot of surrounding green spaces and trails).

Everything was perfect, from the very well equipped kitchen to the little touches such as rugs to snuggle on the sofa with. Joan has thought of everything to make your stay as homely as possible. Beautifully clean and comfortable. Hoping to return in the summer. X
