This place is a little gem in the countryside. The stay is beautiful and is fully equipped with everything you need. It also has some free amenities like coffee and spices. I really loved the fact that it had a full size living room, kitchen bedroom and bathroom. Heating works fantastic for those colder months of the year. Erica and Chad where fantastic. Very accommodating and responsive to whatever I needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking in this area for a nice vacation.

The place is beautiful, and easy to find. The view over the river is stunning, especially during autumn at sunrise. Place was clean and tidy and very easy to live in. I was able to make use of the washer in the basement for my clothes and hung them up to dry in my room. The train does love to sound its horn at all hours of the night (well past midnight) and it goes on for a up to a few minutes non-stop. Earplugs were provided though, and I didn't use them. I was not awoken by the train once asleep, but I certainly heard it while trying to get to sleep. Something to consider, but really not a major issue. Would recommend to all.

Great place to stay. Traveled for work and Chris was super friendly and responsive to us with our questions/concerns. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place.

We loved our stay here, everything was very comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic for meals at home, beds were very comfortable, great hot water, and the split floor plan was perfect for sharing the space with our parents. We didn’t need much but Jessica was very responsive and proactive making sure we had what we needed. Location was also great between the facilities we were visiting (Warwick, Patterson, Wallkill). Would definitely stay here again!
