Great place to stay with all the amenities you need. Great with pool access. The host fixed a taxi and moped for us so everything was in place when we arrived. Nice check-in. High quality of the apartment and good wifi. What's different from the listing is the location. The area of Mantra where the apartment is located is 1 km above the address, which is to the place you check in. You need a moped to get around Laem mae Phim so for our part it didn't matter that it wasn't at the beach. Can really recommend the place!!

Nice a quiet place . Grant and his partner are very friendly and will help you out with anything they can , like sorting a motorbike for when you arrive .

Very comfortable place to stay! I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to chill out for a while. Emphasis on chill, there aren't many things to do around the accommodation. The sea is very close by, and there are bikes to borrow if you don't want to rent a scooter. However, if you do have a scooter Rayong is not far, it has the usual suspects in terms of entertainment and shopping. Overall extremely good!

We loved Alex's place. The house itself is great with everything you need for your stay. It's also very well decorated and stylish. The grounds of Seabreezes are beautiful and well maintained. The communal pool is lovely and not heavily chorinated which we appreciated. Alex herself responds very quickly to queries and was very helpful before we came, assisting us to find a pick up truck to rent. We have no hesitation in recommending the house. Great location, 3 minutes walk to the beach and to the 7 Eleven and street food stalls. Also good restaurants nearby. We would certainly stay here again.
