Everything was perfect. the studio was exactly as it was discribed. The studio was just renovated and everything was new. the location is perfect, in the centre of Hong Kong, very close to the mtr and there are a lot of restaurant, market, laundryshop and shops nearby. and the view was great.

Awesome location in Wan Chai, walkable and safe neighborhood, right next to Wan Chai MRT ExitA1 and Novotel, 24-hour 7-11 nearby, can walk to waterfront ferry and Exhibition Centre. If you don't mind walking, you can even walk to Central and Causeway Bay (30-40 mins). It's a flat on the 4th floor in a small building that's consisted of 3 units, each one has it's own bathroom and kitchen. The unit is small (it's HK) but good enough for one person, clean and functional, with enough windows for natural light. There's no elevator but Eric sent his manager to pick me up from MRT and offered to carry my suitcase. Both Eric and his manager were very responsive, helpful and kind. This place is great value for money for solo travelers to HK. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm back!
