Small dogs welcomed must be under 50lbs and a non refundable fee of $100 per pet. Must have in crate or backyard when not at home. If a pet is staying and has not been added as a guest there will be a $200 nonrefundable fee or your stay can be terminated.

Old Florida style with modern amenities - Roku TVs, new floors and tile, great lounging spaces, driveway parking for 2+1 cars. PLEASE NOTE Primary renter must be 25 years old or more and onsite for the duration of the stay. Sorry, this house is not designed for college spring break festivities.

My place is Located between Seaside and Destin in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, Gone To The Beach is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage with a tower that is part of a small neighborhood of only 75 cottage style homes called Old Florida Village, on the north side of 30A. A community pool just a few steps down a private drive makes keeping tabs on those loved ones especially convenient and beach access is a short stroll (approximately 550 yards or .3 mile).
