Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Walton County

Definitely loved the place. It is completely updated, in a GREAT location and the owner was extremely helpful and very responsive to any needs we had during our stay. The dedicated parking spot is right by the stairs which lead right to the front door. He gave great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. It's a stones throw to shops and restaurants and just a few minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The price was amazing for this location, we went to several local beaches all within a 15 minute drive. Great local eateries recommended by host. The property was super equipped, it felt like staying at a thoughtful family members home. We were very well cared for and would book again. We had a great stay! Dave was a great host, we’ve stayed on 30A many times and this was by far our favorite spot. The location was perfect and tucked away from the busy Main Street. And the beach access was amazing! The only complaint we had was the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine in the end.

This house was everything and more the only thing I would suggest is pillows that are more sturdy and don’t go flat when u lay on them

We loved our stay here. We went here for our honeymoon and found ourselves repeatedly saying about how we felt like we were in a movie. 110% worth it, we can not recommend going to 30A enough. The house was in the cutest area, full of the most beautiful houses. We would recommend this area as more of an adult area since it's more upper-class and fun for all adults. but it would be a great stay for anyone who would like to explore the town and still have that access to the beach close by. You could walk to the beach or the pool, but we strongly recommend renting bikes and having fun biking to different areas. Again, we loved our stay and are already excited to return someday. The hosts were great with answers and quick to respond to us and we can't thank them enough.

This was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in! Everything was close my boys and mom loved the pool, I was able to cook for my family with no problem. The entire house was clean and I definitely loved all 3 small bags with all of our needs (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lip palm ect)

Beautiful and clean home. Had so amenities such as shampoos and conditioners. Friendly, quiet neighborhood. Several pools and a fantastic beach. Annette was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again and again.

Perfect for our extended weekend stay. We were maybe one of three other people staying in the entire complex so it was very quiet and peaceful. The condo was beautiful and clean. The beds were SO comfortable! Our stay was wonderful..highly recommend!

Amanda was an amazing host! Her condo had everything you needed and clear instructions listed. She was proactive and provided so much information up front which I loved. Location was perfect. Condo was super clean. Very thoughtful touches that you could tell Amanda goes the extra mile as a host (coffee pods, beach towels and chairs, laundry pods, soap in the shower, water bottles and complimentary snacks). And OMG the bed was amazing! Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Wendy place was perfect for my husband and I and our fur baby. It was nice to have a parking space to come and go 24/7. Anytime I had a question Wendy would respond immediately. I would recommend this place for a couples get away!

This was the perfect place to unwind over the Christmas holidays! Our family of 6 had plenty of space, all the beds were comfy, the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and the patio was the perfect spot to kick back! Gary was a great host and we appreciated his help & suggestions! We will definitely be back!
