Great place, wonderfully designed to minimize window views of surrounding houses, lots of natural light. Very peaceful, clean, and cozy. Hosts were responsive to the few needs we had! Recommend!

My friends and I absolutely loved your house. It had everything we needed and some and was so comfy and also modern - the right balance. We walked to shopping and restaurants, which is such a plus. Also the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Thank you for letting us check in early. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very welcoming! We loved the open floor plan and it was so close to Saugatuck and Douglas.

Great stay at the Funky Cottage! Loved the decorations, music collection, and how close it is to Hoffmaster State Park. It was very clean and matched the description and photos.

It was just as described. Clean and homey. There was coffee and things to make it feel like home. Plenty of bed linens and towels and such. The location was good for seeing relatives. We would stay there again.

Wow. Don’t know what to gush about first. Somehow this might be my favorite airbnb experience in the last several years! Had plans to celebrate a bday with a group of 11 people in GR, and this place seemed perfect. From the moment you walk in, you notice endless little details that show this host anticipated every guest need. With so much thoughtful character in all of the spaces, it’s so easy to feel at home. Every person slept well. The beds, the bunks, the couches. The shower had a rainfall shower head! Love it. Very well stocked kitchen and pantry. Lovely hot tub. Instructions to keep it clean were very easy to follow. Even in the winter this place is a treasure. Trust me, it’s actually even better than the pictures. We ran out of toilet paper since reserves in the house were low- our host doordashed us TP in less than an hour!! Can you believe it? Total class act, an excellent set of hosts. We cannot WAIT to come back in the summer. Thanks for everything! -Laur

We had a great time here. The condo is in a good location and very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t utilize the pool or hot tub but we did scope it out. It looks like a great area to watch the boats come in and out of the harbor.

Stayed at Hideaway Cabin. Mill Pond group was flexible for check in time and communicated well and early. Thing to note: did need to go to office location to check in but is easy to find and was quick to get info. Location is ok to find only because new to the area however directions and aerial map provided was a big help. Had difficulty entering the cabin at first because code was entered incorrectly but Mill Pond responded quickly and it was resolved. Great place with an indoor pool and it was spacious. Was unable to experience the outdoor amenities due to weather but definitely a beautiful area with open space, fire pit, patio area & large pond in front. Master bedroom bathroom does not have a door which was a minor inconvenience just had to close the bedroom door. Rooms are large and kitchen was spacious. May be cost effective to book directly with Mill Pond and they do have other locations available. Overall great place, enjoyed the stay, and am looking forward for the next visit.

The condo was so comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen and many thoughtful touches that included toiletry items in case you forgot your own, cozy throws, good lighting throughout and comfortable seating. The location was convenient to Douglas and downtown Saugatuck, and it was easy to hop on the highway to go to the Holland area or go apple picking at Crane's Orchard, which we enjoyed. We also appreciated the Welcome information book, and the local brochures for hiking, art galleries, etc. Matt's condo was a great find!

We absolutely loved staying here for a girls weekend. The house is styled so well, incredibly clean, and very spacious. When they say the kitchen is fully stocked, they mean it, it has everything you need. We would absolutely come back here in a heartbeat!

Very fun vibe, excellent restaurants, bars and a brewery within walking distance. Would 100% book again! Oh, and accommodating on check-in and check-out!

We had a great little getaway. It was right on the lake- very peaceful and quiet. Hot tub was amazing.they had kayaks and a paddle boat but we didn't use them because the weather was a little chilly. We just went with our baby and dog but there's plenty of space for a large group. The only issue was it was a little dusty and living room furniture was pretty old. The restaurants close by are delicious and the area itself felt very safe. Frank and Mike are super responsive. Overall had a really great stay!

Very clean and comfortable rental that is in a great location. We enjoyed the pool and firepit that is right next to the condo. Jeanna is a great host and very responsive.

Kym’s place was perfect for our stay in Grand Rapids. Kym is a very responsive host and always responded in a few minutes. The space was just as described. Very comfortable and quiet. Perfect location to access downtown GR.

We much enjoyed our stay, loved the condo cleanliness, details attended to, convenient location to all we wanted to do in area, ie restaurants, great shopping, Meijer gardens, museums, and Catholic Church nearby. Walkable neighborhood close to Calvin University. Mindy was a great host, and this home's well appointed quality furnishings felt like being home, including lines and bath towels. (Some hosts cheapen those. ) This is top notch choice in Grand Rapids, we will return to! Hopefully when warmer! Thank you Mindy!

We had a great fall weekend visit. The location of the house is so convenient and we walked into town several times during our stay. Despite the proximity to town, the location was so peaceful and quiet. The house was pristine and put together with such obvious care for the details. This is the perfect place for a getaway!

Amazing deal. Cute town, great neighborhood, and lovely rental. Our family of four, including two teenage boys, and dog were very comfortable here. Monique provided everything we needed.

We loved our getaway in this upscale cottage! The space was more than comfortable and the interior and furnishings were full of character. Our dogs loved the outdoor space, and our group was more than happy to take advantage of the cozy indoor fireplace.

This is our first choice evertime we stay in Grand Rapids.
