Such an interesting town with lots of history. My stay was very enjoyable and, for me, energetic. Stringer’s cottage was a very amenable place to stay. Located in very close to Goldfields Railway, and walking distance to Wally Pub.

This house is so beautiful! We were surprised by how big the place was, and how beautiful the house is. We had such a comfortable stay in here, where we got some time to relax and have some delicious home cooked meals - including some amazing scrambled eggs with the eggs that their hens produce (such a lovely gift, thank you!!)

This was the perfect place for a relaxing few nights away with a friend. Outdoor baths with magical views day & night - private & peaceful ✨ Great kitchen with all the cookware etc we needed plus spices, oil & other bits & bobs we were free to use. Comfy couches, huge windows for views & natural light (perfect for doing yoga in front of) & a short walk to a sweet little lake. Beautiful wider area to explore by car if you wish to! We loved Mushroom Rocks & Walhalla. Definitely hope to return.

Sandra's place was the perfect relaxation destination. The views were spectacular and the serenity of the surroundings was so so lovely. It was quiet and peaceful yet getting to the town of San Remo was super easy - a very short drive or a lovely 30-40 min walk. The nearby restaurants were all great - the meals at the Westernport Hotel or the San Remo Hotel-Motel were top notch as was the pizza at the Little Pizza Shop. Sandra's place was clean and very comfortable and having coffee pods available and a coffee machine was very much appreciated!! My husband and I and our little dog had the best time.
