Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Waikato River

Garys place is in a beautiful location and has wonderful views of the lake, the jetty and lake access was a real bonus. The bedroom and bathrooms set up were perfect and decorated really nicely, good wifi if you want it too and walkable to the main jetty area and town. thank you also for allowing us to bring our little dogs, it made for a wonderful holiday.

A great location & a stunning home that has been restored so beautifully. The suite was perfect & we enjoyed our stay throughly. Would definitely recommend & we will be back again for sure.

Very clean and recently refurbished. Nice furniture and quiet, considering how close it is to a main road. Very comfortable stay.

The place is awesome and perfect if you like a very quiet and close to nature ambiance. The host was very lovely too and accommodating with their adorable dog. They even prepared complimentary foods for the guests. All in all we highly recommend this place.👌

Great base for us in Rotarua. Would thoroughly recommend. Tony is a really nice guy and was always available if we had any questions. The cats were very friendly especially Socks who loved a lap sit outside. All in all an enjoyable stay.

Lovely stay about 10-15 minute drive from town. Nice and clean. Queen bedroom is in a loft with no doors and king is in a private bedroom, so keep that in mind. Otherwise, the home was the perfect size for 3 adults, who mostly stayed inside due to inclement weather. Did not walk to the beach during our stay but after checking out, it was a short and pleasant drive.

Adeles place was awesome easy to find close to shops etc clean and has everything you need communication was spot on shes always just a txt or call away tjank you again

Gorgeous settings and a perfect homely feel. Get the best of both worlds private if needed and large enough to accommodate the family.

A few years ago my partner and I went to Rotorua and stayed with Graham and Sarndra, we loved it so much we made a point to come back and stay with them again. Graham and Sarndra are amazing hosts, they’re friendly, kind and extremely caring. They go the extra mile for their guests and are happy to share their knowledge of amazing places to go and see. We have always felt right at home coming to their place and love spending time with their very much loved animals. We could not recommend more highly coming to stay. Their guest house is always extremely clean, quiet and a short drive from many amazing things to do and see. You’ll always will have what you need coming to their guest house and won’t go without. Highly recommend staying, we know we will be back again and won’t be booking anywhere else to stay when we visit.

We enjoyed this homey AirBnb quite a lot. It was super clean and very comfortable. The location is great for sightseeing to Rotorua, Taupo, Hobbiton, etc. We liked being on a quiet residential street but super close to town for supplies.

A beautiful spot, right across from the beach! A lovely comfy home, it needs a little maintenance like a couple light bulbs changed and kitchen draws wiped out well but all an easy fix and for the price it's a great spot and would love to be there in Summer! Host was amazing, accomdated to us super last minute. Would definetly stay again :)

Great beach batch close to the Padel Club. We stayed there for our tournament and was amazing! Mainly cause the spa for our sore legs. Thanks Toni for hosting us and we will definitely come back to yours on our next trip whenever that is. Cheers!

Susanne is very kind. She answered all my questions warmly. Also, the place is perfect for tourist. I could find the door easily and many places are within walking distance. She gave me a handwritten map. It was great moment to stay here.

Apartment is well appointed and a fantastic place to stay. Amazing views, warm and cosy, we plan to return. Denise was a great host and she was easy to communicate with. We can recommend a stay here.

Wow! What a spot! We had a very warm welcome from Denise on arrival. The Wharf apartment is exceedingly comfortable with a very well appointed kitchen, a lovely little sheltered courtyard, super comfortable bed and exceptional attention to detail throughout. Loved the history of the building and great staying in such a unique place. Beautiful leather shop and pottery studio opposite. The fish and chips on the Wharf were recommended by Denise and they didn’t disappoint! Raglan a super little town with lots of lovely cafe and arty, vintage, crafty shops. Enjoyed time out on the surf beaches watching the action on the water as well as a kayak trip on the harbour. Although on the ground floor Wharf Apartment may not have the harbour views of some of the other apartments in the Silos but you have the benefit of popping out the courtyard and within a few steps you can sit by the pier and watch the sunset! Magic spot! Excellent apartment……could have stayed much much longer!

Denise was welcoming and a good communicator before and during our stay. The weather was against us but we enjoyed the comfortable, well positioned apartment.
