Tui cottage is located across the road from a short walkway to Maraetai beach & cafes. Lovely two bedroom self contained flat, with own separate entrance & bbq patio area. Great place for either two couples or a family escape, sleeps four. Take some time to kick back & relax on the lounge deck chairs while you enjoy a coffee or glass of wine while taking in the panoramic view. Also available on site in a separate cottage, romantic unique couples escape with 4 post bed, spa and amazing views.

This home has a French feel to it, built especially for a family and entertaining in mind. Outdoor living includes an astro turf tennis court and infinity pool set on 2.5 acres of landscaped grounds. Entertaining outside includes use of furniture, heater, weber and gas BBQ and large outdoor dining table, music system and lighting. Enjoy the glamour of this stylish, upscale place. This is perfect for corporates needing a beautiful retreat to stay on trips to the area, it also caters for 1-4 people if needing a place with 2 bedrooms, 1 having a double bed the other a queen, lounge room to chill out and watch movies, very stylish bathroom with shower and a bath to soak in. We have an outdoor lounge area undercover directly outside the bedrooms and offer the spa pool on request which is also located near the outdoor area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is situated in a very quiet suburb with beautiful morning sunshine and seaviews. It was very clean and comfortable...my very tall husband appreciated the extra height of the shower too! Sheryll was a thoughtful host who went above and beyond to make our stay a special one. Would happily stay again and highly recommend.

This is a modern home that was beautifully presented and met all our family needs. Our host In Hwan was very accomodating and excellent to deal with. It’s close to the airport, and walking distance from multiple cafes and supermarket. This airbnb home was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and would highly recommend it! :)

Penelope 's place was very stylish, spacious & spotlessly clean. Large comfortable bed & lovely bathroom. As there are others staying in the house there is a bit of noise through the walls but not excessive. Lovely spot overlooking Auckland but away from the craziness!

Such a beautiful home! Had the best time with my family. Very well catered! House is spotless. Easy check-in! Sandy is such a great host! Rooms are big and comfortable. Enough space for a big family. This is one of the most peaceful and relaxing places I have ever stayed. The view is absolutely stunning, and the level of hospitality exceeded all expectations. I was amazed by the thoughtful touches, including fruits, snacks, and a fridge stocked with water, yogurt, and more—something I’ve never experienced before. The house is spotless, beautifully clean, and equipped with high-quality furniture and appliances that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, providing everything we could possibly need and more. I regret booking only two days—I wish I had more time to enjoy this amazing place. It’s truly a gem, and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for such a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

Hosts met us on arrival. Room was as advertised and was spotless. The location was amazing with sea front views. They communicated well with us and were very flexible with the checkout times. Close to the town centre. We took our car and was eas to find with easy parking on premises. Highly recommend for a weekend away. Will be back

Lisa’s house was as beautiful as the photos and very comfortable. It was super close to everything we needed for our little family and the heated outdoor pool was the best bit. The pool and the hot tub meant we didn’t need to find entertainment for our little one and on sunny days the outdoor area was bliss. Lisa provided lots of games, toys and books to read and we felt we had really gotten away from it all staying in this lovely home.
