Holiday rentals with a patio in Wading River

This was my second time staying here at Erica’s place and I will be choosing this airbnb every time I come to Long Island! It’s truly SO cozy and feels like my home away from home. Checking in is very simple and Erica will respond quickly every time you reach out. The place is always spotless, smells amazing and I always get the best sleep here! Thank you Erica for being such a great hostess and opening your home for us to enjoy our time in:)

We had a wonderful stay at Nate’s place! From the start, Nate was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for cooking, plus so many charming details that highlighted Norwalk’s history. One of the most exciting touches was a personal note from Nate, along with a few groceries and a bottle of wine waiting in the fridge. Such thoughtful gestures really made our stay special. Highly recommend staying here!

We only stayed one night at Samantha and Robert’s but would definitely stay again next time we are in New Haven. The apartment was clean, quiet, and spacious. There were a number of thoughtful amenities like a high chair, extra toothbrushes and soap in the bathroom, and even some snacks. The neighborhood was really quiet with a nice view of the beach and downtown New Haven across the water.

This spot was perfectly situated in Fairfield. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and very easy for us as a family of four to settle in to. We would highly recommend to anyone, and will most definitely be back!

Our short stay at this New Haven home was perfect. The shower was the reason I chose this Airbnb and it did not disappoint! Everything was clean and the place was spacious.

The studio was fantastic! The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the apartment was spotless. I really appreciated the little basket of snacks—it was such a nice touch. The magazine with things to do in the area was also incredibly helpful. Overall, a perfect stay, and I’ll definitely be looking to stay again!

Bae’s place was beautiful &spotless. My family and I felt right at home. It was in a great area with lots of stores and restaurants. She was very sweet, helpful & responsive. We will definitely be back next time.

This place was awesome! Super spacious, cute, quiet, and had all the extra things (full kitchen with snacks and breakfast included!) that made it really feel like we were in a home away from home. They even gave us a cute New Years bottle of bubbly to celebrate which was a nice touch! The only - AND I MEAN ONLY! - downside of this place is the bed itself. It was listed in the app as a Queen mattress, presented the size of a King mattress in person, but when we laid on it found that it was actually 2 twin mattresses side by side. They were different firmness and I think I would have given it a FULL 5 stars if the bed was a little more comfy. Not bad for a couple days, but we stayed 9 nights.. Overall, would come back for sure! Best listing on the Island for sure! Grateful for Jessica and her husband. They went above and beyond and even provided a pack-and-play with sheets/blankets for my 5 month old who traveled with us. Thanks again Jessica! Cheers!

3rd bedroom is more like an office space. Air mattress was comfortable. I believe the listing said Fairfield, but it’s actually in Bridgeport. House was clean and my family enjoyed our stay very much!

Charm and close to everything. The master bedroom is special!

We booked this last minute as we were coming to celebrate Christmas with my family. We were going to be getting in very late, so I asked if that would be ok. Also, we thought it would be easier if my parents checked us in and set up the crib and toddler bed for the kids and she was very understanding and let us make that accommodation. The rooms were all clean and set up and it was perfect for what we needed. Great location. Definitely would book here again if we are in the area

Really liked this house - quiet and secluded with the family. Good amenities, lovely back yard, and peaceful surroundings. About 20 mins to the beach by the time you park and walk across. A 10-15 min walk to a little dock with a playground for young kids. Thanks for the stay!

Sue was a great host. She was responsive and flexible and my dog and I had a great place to stay mid-way through our travels. Downtown Milford is a great little town- there are some wonderful green spaces about a mile drive from Sue's and many great places to eat/order takeout. This worked out for us very well :)

We were all very happy with the check-in/check-out. Instructions were clear and host left helpful information. Beds were quite comfortable. More than enough space for all. Laundry room was a plus. Easy to access town & beach. Lovely place - quiet - clean. Would definitely book again.

Robin was very proactive making sure I was able to properly book her home when I had technical difficulties. She went above and beyond to help, which I truly appreciate. The home is very beautiful and it felt like home away from home. The house was clean and had a great aroma, the house was everything I expected and more. Great place, exactly as advertised. Terrific location near ferry dock (making arrival/check-in extremely easy and fast, which was a relief after a long trip to get to Fire Island), near the little main hub of Cherry Grove… minutes or less to the general store, restaurants, bars. 5 minute walk to the beach. Although there is some bar noise at night, the unit is well sound-insulated. Hosts extremely friendly and communicative, full of info and recommendations. They take pride in their place and in being great hosts. Cozy place with very good value for Fire Island. The pool was a nice plus - salt water pool, lit at night. Met some of the other residents in the building who were extremely friendly and fun. Bed was very comfy. We slept in a lot. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Nice desk in the bedroom for the few times work called. Roku TV. Lots of board games Bedroom has AC which worked great. Beach chairs and towels included. Coin laundry on site worked well. Great value. Would definitely return!
