The A Frame house is an amazing place to stay, big enough to fit a large group but still cosy for a smaller one. Our hosts were amazing communicators along the way who were also able to help us out with local recommendations. It’s a charming house in walking distance to the river which we found to be a lovely for a refreshing dip on hot days in summer. Would also be a fantastic base for mt bullet in the winter.

Absolutely magnificent place. I could not quite believe that view every morning. And the birds! I sat on the porch with my binoculars and managed to catch sight of the lesser seen Eastern rosellas, spinebills, and a confident little shrike! Peta and Dieter were so friendly and accommodating and helped us settle in straight away. The place was so cosy and warm, I could have stayed another week if not just to wake up with the birds every morning. We were also greeted by a couple of gorgeous dogs, and the chickens came to say hello every day! Great value for money. We really hope to be back, it is such a special place with a wonderful energy. Thank you so much!

We had such a wonderful time staying on the property! It was so peaceful and a beautiful spot to walk around - very interesting, being a working vineyard. The location was perfect for us as a much needed relaxing get away along with being able to drive short distance to visit local restaurants, wineries and sites - a standout being Paradise Falls! We had a great tasting on site at the cellar door too! 👏🏼 Bianca was lovely to deal with and the home was very well equipped with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The dogs were a perfect addition & we were thrilled we were able to bring our well behaved pooch with us too! Thanks again - highly recommend staying here! We’ll be back 🙏🏼🌸

This place ticks all the boxes, well equipped amenities, extremely clean, extremely comfortable, pool table, netflix, simple breakfast provided, friendly and responsive host. Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks Geoffrey for accommodating us.
