perfect spot, nice private out door space as well. A couple of mins from beach, plenty of food and coffee available. Very quiet (late February) and peaceful. Good walk to ancient Thera ontop of the hill. Nik is an excellent and helpful host. Recommended!

Absolutely amazing! Everything looks exactly like in the pictures. Having housekeeping every day was such a bonus. Alex was always very responsive, helpful and even dropped by to say goodbye. Would recommend this very luxurious villa to everyone. You will love it! Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

A lovely guest house in a relaxed setting, we decided we'd try and walk around as much as possible but it's advised to hire a vehicle due to the location (Steep hills!). The indoor space was clean, tidy and very well presented, the outdoor space was spacious and perfect for relaxing in the sun with beautiful views of the sunrise. I can't say enough about how welcoming and friendly the hosts are, such genuinely lovely people and helped make our stay worry free and enjoyable. We really had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to book again!
