This renovated apartment has everything you need for a great stay - location close to everything but very quiet, new kitchen with all appliances, washer/dryer, central heating, cozy interior, etc. Also, the host is very nice, attentive and quick to respond.

I really loved my stay at Daphne’s place for a week. The basics I need were taken care of which was a relief in the age of corporate Airbnbs. I loved the lighting, the comfy medium firm bed, the quiet, high quality three seater couch, HD TV, feather cushions, hot power shower, privacy, the separate study/work area, pristine new kitchen and general tasteful style. Coffee is supplied and a means to make it, a basic many don’t have of late. The slight dark is only the bedroom which is actually light. The rest of the flat adequately light. There are some fantastic local cafes, bars and places to eat. This is an upcoming hipster area about 15 mins walk away from main hipster area. The private terrace will be lovely for guests in the warmer weather. I highly re commend this place and thank Daphne for being a caring and thoughtful host.

It was a comfortable and clean house. Accessible for the work we wanted it. The hostess was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend for next time

Everything great, nice place, very clean. The only thing to note is that it is a house with only AirBnB apartments, which is not super popular in the politically active neighborhood, as the locals feel displaced by gentrification and rising rents.

Apartment was spacious, modern and with very nice artistic touch throughout which made it cosy and pleasant. Place was well prepared for our arrival clean and warm with Christmas accessories added and Greek traditional cake waiting for us. All together we felt welcomed and had very nice comfortable stay in the apartment. Vasilis is a very good host, he provided us with all the info, also guide for local attractions, all very useful for someone visiting Athens for the first time. Communication with Vasilis was easy, any question we had was answered in matter of minutes.

I loved this stay for its privacy. The location was great for the metro and was 3 mins walk from the yoga studio. I spent 15 nights there and was really comfortable. Constantinos is responsive and extremely helpful.

At Maria's place you will definitely find more than you need. The house has plenty of space and it is cosy decorated. An extra plus for the super comfortable mattress of the double bed. Fully equipped kitchen, more than you have imagined! We also appreciated the garden and all the possible activities for young children. The location is just perfect. The beach is in walking distance. A lot of cafes and taverns also in walking distance. With our double stroller we did everything on foot. Our children loved to play with the pets in the beautiful garden and connect with nature. Of course if you have a car, you have a lot of different beach possibilities nearby. Not to mention the beautiful sunset ! Last but not least Mrs Maria and her husband will provide you plenty of useful information and will be happy to help you if you have any requests . They are the perfect hosts and an authentic example of greek filoxenia. Thank you for everything! We enjoyed every single moment!

The house has an *amazing* view and terrace to view it, so if that's the one and only thing to book this apartment, do it! Konstantinos/Polytimi is a great host and communicative, and made us feel really comfortable. He also provided us with fruits, juice, coffee and milk, which was really thoughtful. Location is perfect, with great food options in the Monastiraki area, the station is less than 10 minutes walk away.

What can I say the apartment was lovely and George our host was amazing! Our first night we were sent dinner and some Beers! A lovely welcome. Given the time of year, George kindly dressed the apartment for the Christmas festivities, which was well received by the whole family. In terms of accessibility you can’t beat it. Five minutes to the metro station which is a super efficient way to travel around Athens. We would recommend staying here to anyone you won’t be disappointed! Thanks George and Happy New Year!!

Amazing accommodation if you're looking for a place to stay especially with pets. Clean and very quiet place. The back yard is directly connected to a park. Groceries, bakery and coffee shop within a 3 minute walk. Highly recommended.
