Jeannette's place was very conveniently located for our winter weekend in the city of Kalamata. The house was very clean upon our arrival and mostly everything functioned perfectly. Jeannette was very responsive and made us feel at home. I would suggest to prepare a small map of the exact location - not via google maps - a simple hand drawn map. The fact that it is inside a hidden alley doesn't come up on the app. Also, the garden needed better cleaning. Of course we arrived after a period of heavy rains however, the garden looked like it hadn't been tended to for a while. With a lot of cat dung. Overall, it was a great weekend, we enjoyed our walks around the city and drives in the surrounding areas. We were lucky weather-wise too!

A nice and well equipped apartment close to city centre, the market and the bus station. We stayed for three weeks and had everything we needed. The balcony with a lot of greenery is an extra plus! We had good communication with Palina, who is a very considerate host. We would love to come back!

We spent 5 amazing days in Spiros' welcoming and spotless space!!It's really a little gem!!Everything was perfect, ultra-modern and with impeccable aesthetics!!The place has everything and the host is really a super host!!The best part of all was that in the refrigerator there were frozen water,refreshments,beers and chilled wine!!Spiros, thank you again for the wonderful space you created and know next year in August we will visit you again!!5⭐️ are few!!

Beautiful apartment within walking distance of everything and a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Had all we needed and would recommend.

Impeccable space, ideal for rest and nearby excursions. Comfortable (3 bedrooms, 2 WC, backyard, front balcony), clean, freshly renovated, with its own Parking and easy access to a market. Nothing negative to say, really. The visits to Ancient Messini, Polylimnio, Agios Floros were each a pleasant surprise! Mrs. Eugenia is also excellent! Anyway, it's worth the stay.

We had a great stay at the little beach house and enjoyed to run along the long promenades in the mornings or evenings. The cottage offeres everything one needs to feel at home. Leonidas is a very welcoming host and gives great tips. We would go back anytime.

Our stay in panagiota’s place was amazing. One of the best experiences I had in Rbnb. Panagiota is super kind and gentle. The house is even better than the pictures. I repeat one of my best experiences in Rbnb. Easily the no1 option in Kalamata. Panagiota thank you for everything!

Beautiful home, well kept and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. 5 min walk to the bus stop, which was great for our stay because we did not rent a car and went all around the region with day trips with fantastic service from Ktel. A 10 min walk from two plateias / squares with ample food and drink and shopping options. Further from the beach by foot, but only costs 5 euros to get a taxi to the beach and boardwalk and a 10 min drive. Highly recommend this stay!

Cozy , clean apartment with modern design

We stayed at the house during the first week of January. The house is equipped with an excellent heating system, in addition, you can use the fireplace to create a festive mood. The owner gave us access to orange, tangerine and lemon trees, so we enjoyed citrus juice every day. At this time of the year, the locals are busy harvesting olives and producing olive oil, and it was interesting for us to watch the process. The accommodation is well located, it takes only 25 minutes by car to get to the sea and beautiful beaches. Kalamata, Messini, Methoni, Koroni, Voidokilia beach are easily reached by car, the road is good. The yard is big, fenced and planted with trees and flowers, and there is a beautiful view from there. The house matches the description, is comfortable, cozy, spacious with a good design, suitable for long-term living, well equipped. The hosts are hospitable, helpful, and quick to respond to messages. We will definitely plan a trip and stay in this house again.
