Holiday houses in Vivian

The water pressure and hot water was point on with a house of 10 folks. There was enough space for the young adults to talk amongst themselves without being with the older ones. Yet enough space between the kitchen/dining and living room for us to still fellowship together. The neighborhood was quiet enough and close enough to whatever we had planned.

Simply put, it was perfect. The house, the location, the complimentary beverages to celebrate the New Year holiday! Chris was an excellent host, always quick to respond. It was well worth the price. We absolutely loved the place and plan on coming back for a lil staycation in the spring if he’ll have us. Thank you, Chris!

Very nice place on the lake. We only stayed one night as we were just passing through, but I wish we had more time to enjoy the view.

What an awesome stay- my family enjoyed celebrating our mom’s 83rd birthday. The place was exactly as described in pictures. The host was responsive and the kitchen has everything you needed for a weekend getaway. Very clean and amazing views of the lake. I will definitely stay again. Paula & Family

We've been to a number of Airbnb but this one was exceptional! Kimberly provided an experience for my family during an emotional time that was top notch. She was even gracious enough to bring over dinner unfortunately we didn't see the message until after the fact, but the thought was so appreciated. I would recommend this hospitable place to anyone traveling to Shreveport in need of an Airbnb. My family thanks you Kimberly 🙏🏾

Our family enjoyed our family Christmas 2024 here and it was the perfect place. The pool table kept the guys from being bored and the house was clean and spacious. Would definitely consider staying here again! Loved it! ❤️

We chose this place for a weekend visit to Caddo Lake State Park. Did not disappoint. The host was flexible to allow us early check in. Very responsive and proactive, checking on how our stay experience was on a daily basis. Will definitely choose this place again. Thank you for the treats!
