Such a perfect place! I own the Sainte Terre wedding venue just minutes from Shannon's home. We had family in town for my sister's wedding and booked her home (after hearing so many rave reviews from other couples) for them to stay. They were right! It is beautiful, spacious and in a perfectly peaceful spot on the lake. Plus, it is just 3 minutes from the venue, which made getting back and forth SO easy. It is a great spot for families or a wedding party to stay! Plus, Shannon responded so quickly to any questions we had. (PS - my sister-in-law who stayed there owns Air BnBs in Florida. She RAVED about how comfortable the mattresses were and is going to purchase them for her own homes!)

The home felt new/clean, spacious, welcoming, and peaceful! I much needed after miles of travel from Colorado. I am so grateful that I found this place online. A special thank you to Micha et al for everything!

I stayed here on weekdays for couple of months while I did a rotation at the hospital nearby. The place was cute and cozy, and I felt comfortable there. It has a split unit dual AC/ heater. It was the winter time, and I felt the unit heated up very quickly using this. There’s also a provided space heater in the linen closet that I used for the bathroom area if needed. I liked the little storage option/closet area they had when you first walk in, and it helped keep myself organized on my trips! I can’t say enough good things about that, since I was driving back-and-forth to go home on the weekends and feeling like I was living out of a suitcase for a while! The bed and pillows were very comfortable (and I can be picky with that). The neighborhood is just adorable too, and I enjoyed my stay!

Mark and his co-hosts were absolutely amazing. The home was just like the pictures. I feel like he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and throughout the stay! This place is 10/10, and i will recommend this home to anyone visiting Shreveport!

Charming, well-appointed cottage. Clean and equipped with almost any amenity one needs. Serene and fascinating surroundings with bayou-type feel; quiet and restful.

My family stayed here for one of my sons wrestling tournaments! It was absolutely beautiful. Woke up with the most beautiful sunrise, with pelicans swimming right outside the window! Everything felt clean and cozy!
