Very cozy place to stay for the weekend. It was clean and tidy, all the essentials was there. Very good grill and easy to use, outside kitchen was also nice. Sauna was easy to use. I recommend the place for everyone.

A great cottage, looking out over a beautiful lake. It is well equipped and has modern amenities, while maintaining the “cottage feeling”. The sauna is superb 👌🏻Miika is a kind and thoughtful host, providing local knowledge and recommendations, and responding super fast. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a true Finnish experience.

We got to spend a few days at Anu's cottage and had a great time. The place is very peaceful, the sauna is great, and you can swim. Everything worked great and we'll be back!

We stayed to a Siina’s cabin for four days as a group of four individual friends. We wanted to spend some time outdoors but not too far away from Tampere, so I was totally in when saw such a beautiful ad. The cabin is located on a separate island on a lake ~17 km away from Ruovesi with grocery store and couple of restaurants. Even if one doesn't have a car, the local taxi is very punctual and quite cheap. The cabin itself is a beautiful small but comfortable suite with everything needed for either short- or long-stay. It fits well for up to three couples; since we were four individuals, one of us was sleeping on a couch which still was comfortable. There are lots of activities to do - working sauna and grill, and fishing on the lake is also good. Siina was a perfect host for us who was very responsive throughout all our stay, and also supported us with very valuable advices and insights. I'd definitely recommend this option for anybody who wants to get closer to the Nordic nature.
