We had an excellent accommodation in Ana's property. Extremely clean house with everything you need. The garden of the house is magnificent, very well cared for and reserved. Perfect for breakfast. We will definitely go back again and again.

The place was basic and clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. I was shown around before handed the keys. Parking is free around the apartment but tight so be careful with hire cars (mine was scratched). It's about a 10min walk into the town area, there is a great family run restaurant to the right of the apartment and a few bars nearby. The nearest big supermarket is about 3mins drive away.

Great place! We felt at home,the house was like the photos. From comfort to decoration,all very well thought out. Comfortable,cozy,really an impeccable house. We intend to return for a longer stay. Estadia impeccable, very well located apartment, near the baths of São Pedro do Sul. Very well equipped apartment, great for spending a few days away from the big urban centers. Very attentive and friendly host, explained the entire process of checking in with video and also indicated to us restaurant and places to visit during the stay. No doubt a repeat experience.

Perfect for a quiet stay in Peso da Regua and to visit the Douro Valley. We had a lovely time there.

We had a lovely stay in Manteigas, exploring Torre and a few walks that Ines had suggested. Very quiet place to stay, lots of room and a lovely view.

We truly enjoyed our time relaxing at this scenic and historic place. Right along the river, attached to walking trails in a little park. Plenty of space and all the comforts of home. We spent a cool December evening here cozying up next to the fire and reading about the history of the region. The bridge/entrance dates back to roughly 1660-1740, incredible!

A very comfortable place, three bedrooms, four beds, two full bathrooms, very equipped kitchen, washer, TVs, everything you need for your stay. Lurdes is wonderful, great proactive communication and responsive, very kind person. The house is in a very quiet street with small and nice restaurants just a block away. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in São Romão or Seia area. Thanks to Lurdes for being so attentive and letting us stay at your very nice place.

We were only able to stay one night in Fernando/Cecilia's home; however, it was wonderful (even in the rain). The historic building is beautiful and incredibly unique. The views over the countryside and vineyards are amazing. Cecilia met us on our arrival and explained everything to us (while also providing information about the area). They were very flexible with check in and check out. My wife and I only wish we would have had more time to spend at Fernando's house in order to explore the surrounding area. If you are considering a visit to the Douro Valley, you can't go wrong staying in this home.

A wonderful stay! The accommodation is extremely clean, comfortable and situated in a very calm area, perfect for resting. The service was impeccable, with friendly host and always available. The decor is cozy. Undoubtedly a place to go back and recommend!

Wow! So much more than the photos show. We were a group of 6 traveling Portugal and added the Douro to the itinerary for beauty and relaxation, we weren’t disappointed. Communication was fantastic, the house is extremely well equipped for cooking and leisure and the beds were really comfortable. Every corner of the house has a wow moment. The surrounding property was beautiful to walk around, none of us wanted to leave for the next leg of our trip. A special mention to Antonia the caretaker who was very helpful and friendly. If you’re planning on touring the wineries and in need of a driver Paulo is fantastic and can be contacted via the host. We will be back.

Everything was perfect.

Hot water in the shower 😀. Fireplace was great on a cool winter’s night, with plenty of wood. Bbq for cooking was very useful. Beautiful walking trails near the Rio nearby.
