The apartment is nice, practically new, 7 minutes from downtown. I didn't have towels, but it must have been a mistake, otherwise everything was, in addition to tidy and clean. It is on a second floor, no elevator, but they are comfortable stairs to climb. The parking lot is at the front of the building, very conveniently located. Valentina was very communicative

Beautiful place! It has everything you need and more to spend a few days💘🥰 for 2 people. The space is perfect. We had quite hot days and don't need air conditioning, opening the windows was enough! Claudio took the time to send videos to open them correctly and use the worktop (great detail because we couldn't have been alone😅). It is definitely a quiet and very warm place! you can get to the center and the beach walking, also just outside is the whereabouts where the buses pass to caburgua.🩵 The perfect pool and very friendly and helpful building staff✨️ definitely a place we wish to return to soon☀️☀️

Very nice house, located in a very quiet area. The only thing is that it is not close to the lake and downtown, to buy things we prefer to do it online in the supermarkets because of the distance there was. Very good Internet connection, ideal for teleworking. The patio is very nice and comfortable, we liked that they had pet mantitas. That it has air conditioning is also appreciated for the coldest days.

Two kilometers from the entrance of Pucón. you have to have a vehicle. but it's worth it 100% the depto was very complete clean and neat and tastefully. the complex had gym, umbrellas, pool, private beach. a beauty Thank you. Everything is fine ,nice place ,very good facilities ,easy to get to,walk you get to any central place in the city . Only one detail is close to a wetland and at night if you do not have a closed terrace, it is impossible to be because of the mosquitoes .
