Ignacio’s place was lovely! We stayed for 6 weeks with a small dog who absolutely loved the backyard area (which was extremely helpful to us too)! The location is close to wonderful restaurants and within walking distance to the metro and various supermarkets (including one right around the corner). We only had one small issue with the internet going out, and I only mention it to say that Ignacio had it fixed within 15 minutes! Everything was excellent, and I highly recommend the place. The concierges were so friendly, and we felt right at home.

Excellent place to vacation as a family, many activities for entertaining, impeccable swimming pool (not so hot... it is not so hot... it is the south of Chile, but in very good condition of cleanliness and good size for swimming), pool table in good condition and other games in a casita apart from the main house, good quality tennis ground (a lot of maleza and bush around yes, that they pinch their hands to recover the balls), quincho for roast with outdoor light, and green spaces with fruit trees, sun and shade areas... a lovely atmosphere!!! The house itself, simple in its furniture and equipment, but in good condition, clean, cool, and with space / volume that makes it very pleasant. Too bad because the insects outside don't allow you to eat quietly in the outdoor spaces, but eating inside the house was nice so it wasn't frustration having to eat inside. The attention of Juan Manuel and his 2 excellent brothers, with special mention to Miguel, always attentive.

This was a gorgeous place to stay in Punta Arenas. We wanted somewhere a little extra-comfortable after Torres del Paine and were not disappointed! Spacious and well-decorated common areas, plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds, very clean and modern bathrooms, and a great backyard. Mauricio was very communicative. 10 minute walk from the Bus Sur terminal and a 20 minute Uber from the airport. Overall wonderful place to stay in Punta Arenas.

A dream place. Amazing !! The house is impeccable, comfortable, very well equipped, neat, clean. The spectacular views, without a doubt, an ideal place to rest and relax. Quiet, private. Very good host attention and predisposition, they respond immediately. We were received by Sofia super punctual, respectful and friendly. He gave us all the directions and recommendations we needed and was always available. In the house they waited for us with ornaments of natural flowers, a divine detail!!! Thank you so much for everything, we felt right at home and we look forward to returning !!!!!!

Ana is a very worried person and the house is very nice and very well set up. It has everything you might need The common area is amazing. It has an excellent location, 10 minutes from the beach walking. Just thank you for how well we had in the house.

The house is wonderful, much better than what you see in the photos, which are apparently a little older. Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, with everything you need to have a good time and rest. Very friendly and concerned hosts. Our only observation is that on the other side of the quincho there is a large horse guano hill, so the smell is not pleasant when making asados, and there are usually a lot of flies. We also suggest adding a clothesline. Place is completely enclosed and fenced, very safe for our puppy. We will definitely be back again, 100% recommended again.

From the beginning, Carmen was always attentive to respond to any concerns. She greeted us to hand over the apartment and was there when we left. The apartment is impeccable. Super equipped, comfortable and very well aromatized, you can see the care and dedication of Gloria. Everything is in perfect condition, it has protection on the balcony and the parking is in the underground so the vehicle is very protected. The place is ideal for a family with children the private beach has a super safe pool for them and the sand is ideal for them to play after bathing. The older ones can enjoy in the navigable lagoon with different activities. The place is completely recommended and complies with everything offered in the notice. We hope to be back sometime. We really thank Gloria for all her attention.

The apartment is beautiful, complete, clean, beautiful view of the beach. We didn't like the area...every day we had to move to other beaches. The environment was ugly, the beach has a pipe which I don't know that it drains.

Excellent location, it is on main avenue so it has a variety of restaurants, you can stroll along the coast and enjoy the scenery. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing, the kitchen is full equipped. I would definitely go back!! I recommend it 100%
